This was my first time staying in a cave hotel it definitely something i’d recommend if you are in Cappadocia. The hotel provided shuttle buses to and from the airport and activities for during your stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. However keep in mind due to the fact that it is a cave the wifi was really spotty and the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t really hot. Other than that we really enjoyed our visit there!

The hotel is in a nice place. The views are nice, you can see hot air ballons flying in the valley from this hotel. The hotel is 5-7 mins walk to the nearby restaurants, cafes and market. The staff was very helpful. Helped me book all tours and airport transfers. We booked the honeymoon suite. The room was very very big and we loved it. However, the shower broked the first day. We had to use the shower pipe to shower everyday. The breakfast has very limited options. They have the same items everyday. The staff is good though. Very welcoming and helpful. Our room did not have air conditioning. I dont know about other rooms. The rooms are extremely queit to the point that anyone could hear us from outside. The bed was very old and squeaky. The jonemoon suite had a jacuzzi which was amazinh. Overall, we liked the stay, but it could use some improvements.

I hired somebody from the hotel to pick me up at the airport. They dropped me off at the wrong hotel. They couldn’t send somebody else to pick me up therefore I had to walk myself to the right hotel. Terrible! The included breakfast is bad. The rooms don’t have AC and literally we cooked at night.

Excellent view of the balloons from the terrace in the morning. Cave room was as expected. May not be to all tastes, but fitted out with all amenities. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Very lovely quaint Hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. It's also located in the center of town and the best place to view the balloons. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended

Ms. Ceyda was very helpful and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Prior to our arrival, our balloon tour was also arranged by the hotel but it was later cancelled due to weather conditions unfortunately. The property is within 5 minutes walking distance to center of Goreme. Room size and amenities were great. Shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. However, we could not adjust the temperature of our room - floor heating (fancy feature) is managed centrally. We had to ask the reception to lower the temperature of our rooms. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was huge and delicious. During our 2 day stay, breakfasts were slightly different each other in terms of menu items which we liked a lot.

Alia Cave Hotel was wonderful. Very clean rooms. Old world charm with very modern bathrooms. Excellent service. The wifi was great. I conducted video calls for work with no problems. I would compare to high quality boutique hotels in US.

My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel. We had the quickest and smoothest check in and check out processes in Turkey. We arrived late at night and a friendly reception staff came out to our shuttle ride (organised by the hotel) to welcome us and help us with our luggage. Our room was already warmed up with AC heating and heated flooring which helped us settle in straightaway. Breakfast was really nice in the mornings and the view of the balloons from the restaurant terrace and rooftop were amazing. We booked our airport shuttle and 2 tours through the hotel as they were offered cheaper than anywhere else we could find. Daily housekeeping kept refilling an already generous supply of toiletries and we loved the quality of the sheets and towels in the room. Location is excellent for walking distance to restaurants, shopping and some sites. Having stayed at other hotels in other Turkish cities, this was by far the most comfortable and relaxed stay we had during our trip. Highly recommend!

The suite room was OK but there is a lot of dust from the cave type of roof. The stairs was narrow and sharp angle. Views was good, able to see the balloons. Breakfast was ok with limited choices. Prices was a bit on the high side.

This is the prettiest hotel I had stayed in Cappadocia so far! I heard nice things about this hotel when I got into Göreme. I wanted to experience it for myself. It’s brand new. It has the best amenities out of any of the hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. The staff and the service is the best part of the entire experience. I loved my room and stay so much I stayed an extra night here! The room had plenty of space. The floors are amazing and heated! Water pressure is always something I look forward to in Turkey. Breakfast could offer more. I had the easiest check in and out I ever had. They are so helpful! If you need anything just ask. They make sure you have a memorable holiday. It’s the traditional Turkish hospitality you hear about. It’s above and beyond most places you’ll ever find. But you have to stay for yourself for the experience of it. It’s truly a magical place

Öncelikle söylemeliyimki otel müşterisi olarak en çok dikkat ettiğim şey temizliktir. Bu otelde temizlik berbattı. Sadece 1 gün kaldım ve yerler hep tozdu. Komidinlerin üstü hep tozdu. Yorumlarımda genelde ufak kötü detayları söylemem ancak odamız gerçekten çok pisti. Otel mimari açıdan güzel. Ancak nisan ayının sonları olmasına rağmen hala yaz sezonuna geçmemişler. Akşam bi çay içiyim derseniz çay kahve yok. Restaurant var orasıda kapalı. Sadece önceki günden yemek yiyeceğinizi haber verirseniz hazırlık yapıyorlar. Bu büyük eksik bence

Harika konaklama
Deluxe odalar gayet büyük içersinde kocaman çift kişilik bir yatak ve şömine vardı akşamları şömine başında keyif yapmak harikaydı. Temizlik güzel çalışanlar ilgiliydi özellikle mutfaktaki abla çok ilgili kahvaltıda istediğimiz şeylerden tekrar tekrar getirdiler. Otelin konumu çok güzel gidilebilecek bir çok yere yakınsınsınız yürüyerek ulaşabileceğiniz çarşı ve yemek yerleride etrafta mevcut. Bir daha gelicek olsak başka yer araştırmadan tekrar aliayı tercih ederiz.

Nous arrivés à l’hôtel à 9h après avoir fait un tour de montgolfière, l’hôtel nous a gentiment offert le petit déjeuner qui était excellent, bien qu’il n’était pas compris pour le premier jour. Après notre petit déjeuner, nous avons pu déjeuner accéder à notre chambre alors qu’à la base le check in était prévu pour 14h. Le lendemain on nous a préparé une petite box avec un petit déjeuner à emporter pour que nous puissions prendre notre avion. Le service de navette vers l’aéroport de goreme a été assuré, et le personnel très très serviable. Je recommande !

Отличный отель за свои деньги
В целом, все очень понравилось. Номер брали делюкс-он сам по себе очень просторный, на 3х человек точно хватит. За те деньги, что мы отдали- очень достойно. Единственный минус-отсутствие кондиционера, но это , видимо, специфика всех отелей в Каппадокии, тк вы живете в настоящих пещерах, а провести кондиционирование невозможно. Окно открывать тоже не захотелось-тк они выходили в общий дворик. Есть камин в номере. Помимо всего прочего со стен летит пыль-это абсолютно нормально, пугаться не стоит, никакого дискомфорта не доставляет. Завтрак был включен-проходит он на улице на веранде с видом на долину, вам накрывают на стол традиционный турецкий завтрак-нам очень понравилось!! Рядом с отелем есть кафе.
