Holiday home

This holisaybisbin rhe middelnof the Phalz. Itbisba very nice home, very clean and very nice people. A pearl to discover. There is a lot of place a very nive garden and place to park the car. Shops are only minutes away.

Home from Home and more!Very spacious and well epuipped holiday home. Ideal for 2 couples. The house was big enough to give each other space when needed.We appreciated the personal touch from our hosts Bernie and Jochen. They where always available without being intrusive. Also loved meeting their dog Laurie in the garden when he came to say hello. There was plenty of space in the drive to park the car safely, secured by a automatic gate. The property is situated in a traditional and charming palatinate wine area, very close to Neustadt a d Weinstrasse, with plenty of restaurants, cafe's, bars and shops. There where also some traditional and charming restaurants within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed walking through the vinyards to visit a wine 'Kerwe' in Mußbach (with live music, local foods and wine) and the wine lounge 'Unique' at the Königsbacher Winzer. We stayed at Residenz Herrengarten beginning of August and the weather became very hot. Fortunately the tall trees in the garden and the position of the house provided a good amount of shade.All in all, we had a very nice holiday and would highly recommend this place to anyone appreciating tradition, wine and lovely food.

Dieses Haus ist einfach traumhaft! Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus liegt am Hang, ganz ruhig und man ist sofort in den Weinbergen zum Walken, Joggen oder Spazierengehen.Zu einem kleinen, urigen Lokal sind wir nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß gelaufen.Die Besitzer haben die Zimmer mit Möbeln, Farben und Stoffen phantastisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Räume wirken großzügig und äußerst gemütlich.Auch die Betten waren hervorragend, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.In Haus und Küche war alles - in sehr gutem Zustand.Es gab einen Parkplatz im Hof bei abgeschlossenem TorVon diesem Standort aus waren alle Sehenswürdigen, Wanderwege und Restaurants schnell erreichbar!Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und gaben uns gute Tipps.Wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen!

Ein 500 Jahre altes Haus. Super renoviert. Mit Liebe dekoriert. Sehr geräumig. Super ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Garten - ein kleiner Elektrogrill ist vorhanden. Das Inhaber-Ehepaar wohnt nebenan und sind sind sehr freundlich.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben das Flair des "historischen Weingutshofes" sehr genossen! Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen war die Terrasse am Morgen und Abend ein stimmungsvoller Ort. Der gehobene Wohnkomfort des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr offen, diskret und stets unterstützend! Die Pfalz und der Wein als Reiseziel, hier haben wir den perfekten Ort gefunden.

Fijn huis en tuin

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad.Een heel mooi huis, heel ruim. Een goed uitgeruste keuken.Het terras was geweldig, zo'n rust straalde daarvan uit met veel privacy, met een mooie aangrenzende tuin. Hele vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw die in het huis ernaast wonen.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig für 4 Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Der Sitzplatz im Garten ist wunderschön. Wir waren 5 Tage da und brauchten kein Auto, weil es in der Nähe so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkehrmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vermieterin super, FeWo-Agentur stark verbesserungswürdig

Über Wohnung, Ort, Vermieterin gibt es nur positives zu sagen. Die Kommunikation über Agentur FeWo mit der Vermieterin ist nicht nutzbar, da die Kontaktdaten, die letztendlich zur Wohnung und Schlüsselübergabe notwendig sind, von FeWo gelöscht werden. Nur durch umständliche Tricks ist die Übermittlung von Telefon und Email möglich. Die Info von FeWo kurz vor der Anreise zeigt lediglich die Straße und nicht einmal die Hausnummer der Wohnung. FeWo kann man sich schenken.

Die Pfalz erleben

Wir wollten die Pfalz kennenlernen und hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Die Gastgeber nahmen uns herzlich auf und halfen mit guten Tipps. Das Haus liegt ruhig und günstig für Ausflüge. Eine besondere Empfehlung.

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden von Berni und Jochen herzlich empfangen und mit unserer Wohnung vertraut gemacht. Traditionelles Freundinnen-WE

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung und insbesondere die tolle Terrasse und den wunderschönen Garten bei bestem Wetter sehr genossen. Ein Seelenort. Unsere Gastgeber inklusive Gastgeberhund waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Für uns Freundinnen steht fest: nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Ferienhaus sehr geräumig, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Sehr sauber, mit schönem Garten/Terrasse. Super nette Vermieter! Parkplatz für 2PKW und Fahrräder unter großem Carport. Umgebung genial zum Wandern und für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Pfalz!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes, top gepflegtes Herrenhaus. Absolut stilsicher und hochwertig eingerichtet. Frau Wrafter und ihr Mann sind sehr liebenswerte, freundliche Menschen. Sie sind jederzeit ansprechbar und haben genau das richtige Maß, für die Gäste da zu sein und gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre immer zu wahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
