"The biggest plus of this house is the location — it’s very close to the amphitheater, which made it convenient for our weekend stay. However, the property itself could really use some attention and updates. We noticed roaches in the kitchen, and none of the outlets on the kitchen counter worked, which made it difficult to use basic appliances. The living room had very limited comfortable seating, so it wasn’t a great space for relaxing or hanging out as a group. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable — if you have back problems, this probably isn’t the best place to stay.Overall, it worked for a short trip because of how close it is to the venue, but if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to unwind or plan to spend much time in the house, you may want to look elsewhere. Also, there were no cleaning supplies whatsoever. So, With a few repairs, updates, and a deep cleaning, it could be a much better stay."
"Pretty basic town home. Great for our one night stay. Minimal furniture in bedrooms. Refrigerator wasn’t really keeping our items cool so we just used the freezer. "
Quiet Cul-de-sac, Hot Tub, Pac-Man, Newly Renovated!
8/10 Good
"Good for a home base while visiting family in the area. House was adequate on cleanliness. It had the basics as far as pots, pans, and supplies for the house. Kitchenware was a little sparse but it had what most people would needed. The plus side was there was plenty of space the store the things we did need. It wasn’t cluttered up with things like a dozen impractical martini glasses or decorative bowls that you can’t use and get in the way. We had a lot of fun with the games. Overall it was a great fit for what we needed. "
