"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"Wir hatten App 01. Dieses Appartment liegt direkt am BĂŒrgersteig und an einer befahrenen Hauptstraße. Die Deckbetten und das Kopfkissen sind nicht gut, sondern zu warm (trotz der kĂŒhlen Temperaturen 13° C). Ansonsten war alles perfekt, sogar ein Haarföhn war da. Es wĂ€re schön wenn die anderen Appartments keine PersonenbeschrĂ€nkung zum Beispiel ab 3 Personen hĂ€tten. "

"Das Zimmer war u.a mit kleinem KĂŒhlschrank und Wasserkocher bestĂŒckt und von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe her fĂŒr 2 Personen mit Hund völlig ausreichend. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch das Bad beeindruckte durch GerĂ€umigkeit und die ebenerdige Dusche. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und auch sehr hundefreundlich. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war der Hammer. Es war alles da was das Herz begehrte. Preis-/ LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis hevorragend. Leider war es nur ein kurzer Trip aber wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Bis auf 2 kleine MissverstĂ€ndnisse der Bedienung in der Dachbar war alles Ă€ußerst hervorragend. Das Personal insgesamt war sehr nett. Besagtes MissverstĂ€ndnis wurde durch den Hotelmanager souverĂ€n gelöst. Das Zimmer war schön gerĂ€umig. Toilette war nicht in der Dusche, sondern in einem kleinen Extraraum. Das empfanden wir als sehr praktisch. "
