"Great location on eat street for Japanese food. We got an upgrade as the booked room was unavailable as it seemed it was a very busy Saturday night in Düsseldorf. Easy walk to the old town and Rhine, really enjoyed the hotel."

"We arrived a bit early, but we were welcomed and had our rooms well before check in. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hôtel as it’s centrally located. "

Unfortunately my room was not ready for check in at the appropriate time and I felt some areas of the hotel could’ve been kept cleaner such aa the indoor pool area and breakfast was a little underwhelming. Overall a good stay for the price, though I’d recommend venturing out for breakfast. "

"Major work going on in the corridor outside our room, which we were not advised of. The workmen immediately outside of our door woke us up in the morning and we had to navigate dozens of wires hanging from the ceiling to get to the lift. Should have told us about this when we booked and when we checked in "

"This is an excellent hotel With high quality finishes in the rooms, bathrooms, and the restaurant. The breakfast has a lot of choices and the food tastes good. However if you stay more than one night expect the same breakfast options everyday, which could benefit from some verity. The coffee machine works but the taste is terrible. I would recommend they get a better choice of beans and level of roast. The location is very good and quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our walk to the city center everyday, walking along the Rhine river. It takes about 30 minutes so if you are not up for a walk you’d have to take a taxi. With spring weather, there are fantastic restaurants along the river for lunch or dinner. "

"The staff are fantastic. Helpful, friendly, always smiling, multilingual. Our only issue as mentioned in many other reviews is the lack of amenities in the rooms or even on the floors. To have to schlep down to get water is really silly. If you feel that a daft amp and radio are more useful than say a coffee machine, a kettle, water or a small fridge, then so be it. But at least have a water fountain in the hallway on each floor so we don't have to get dressed just to come down and disturb your hardworking team for such a basic thing. Otherwise 10/10 on all else. Comfy beds. Lovely views. Well soundproofed. Phenomenal location, near everything. We would stay again in a heartbeat"
