"Overall a pleasant stay, but the 5-star rating feels closer to a good 4-star. Positives: great breakfast, stunning location by the Mediterranean with island view, large pool area with slides and activities for kids. Staff from reception to housekeeping were very kind and attentive, though they often seemed tired – maybe due to long shifts. Areas to improve: sports facilities outdated, gym weights worn and unhygienic. Room clean but old, too small for 4 (sold as double), sofa bed uncomfortable,...
