In the heart of the historic district of Nérac, with a view facing the 15th century castle of Henri IV, close to the tourist office, restaurants, and its shopping streets ... A stone's throw from Gers, Nérac, a royal city: the quays of La Baïse with its port will be the starting point for your boat and pedestrian walks with its Garenne ... let Fleurette tell you ... Discover the farmers' markets with regional products on Saturday morning, the lively summer markets on Tuesday evening, the Ludo Park water park, tree climbing, archery in Cap Cauderoue at 8kms ... It is in an old hardware store, fully restored, that the Henri IV loft apartment, located on the 1st floor of a quiet street, will seduce you with its location and its great comfort. Entrance with airlock: garbage room. Take the staircase that leads you to the 1st floor where the loft is located and push the door to discover its large living room with quality fitted kitchen with new appliances, open to a living room with dining area and lounge (flat screen tv), 3 bedrooms (bunk bed, 2 160 beds, linen closet, tv, armchair), two bathrooms with Italian shower, separate WC, reversible air conditioning, washing machine. You will lounge on the small balcony facing the castle. Bruno and Aurélie will be happy to welcome you and make you discover Nérac and its surroundings. Equipment available for babies. For a weekend or several days this pied-à-terre in Nérac will allow you to have a pleasant stay. At the foot of the castle and on site, wine bars, restaurants, shops .... Internet access. This is THE place to stay in Neroc!
This was our first time staying in the 3-bedroom apartment, as my husband had stayed in the upstairs 2-bedroom for a previous trip to Nerac. When we planned our family trip back to Nerac, we did not hesitate contacting Bruno to check for availability. This is where we wanted to be. The apartment is wonderful - large living area and long kitchen table to set out our farmer's market delicacies and charcuterie, glasses for wine, local floc, and armagnacs. Bruno's communication was always timely and very responsive, whether through email messaging or on What'sApp. Bruno, thank you for a lovely stay in the beautiful town of Nerac!! We definitely will be returning again!

A very nice place
Even though I stayed there at an hard time, (corona virus) it was a very good place to relax.
