"The Woman Housekeeper with the green 💅, helped me a little more than front desk service, I will say if you are staying more towards the pool area it is far from the lobby I drove to the lobby was quicker , overall I will be staying here again once it’s warmer ! They should also inform their Guests that the phones are unplugged. And should also inform Guests breakfast Hours just incase they might not know but overall 6.5/10 ."

"Our stay at the cottage was exactly the relaxing experience we were seeking. It is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and well-appointed with all the things you need unwind. Our dog was able to amble around the fenced yard, and then we walked across the street to walk the paved trail. It was perfect for our needs of travelling with a senior puppo. The hot tub was the selling point for us, and it did not disappoint! Jason was very responsive and conscientious, and we highly recommend making this a destination for anyone needing a break from stress."

"Easy place to stay. Provisions included TP, salt & pepper, nearly anything needed to cook a meal, a fancy toaster oven, and clean linens. The mattress in the first floor bedroom was comfy. I didn’t try the others. :) Owner was easy to contact and very helpful! Great place to stay with our 3 dogs. "

"Property was not as presented. Carpets were dirty, walls were peeling, outside area dirty and covered in slippery algae and unkept. Pool was dirty and green. Stair carpets are worn and dirty. Windows had ac units. Cabinets possibly broke and open. There wasn't even a door knob on the front door, a lock with drawer handle. Cameras that are all around the pool area is kind of creepy. We walked in and walked back out. Notified and discussed with host a few times and as of today they are refusing a full refund. This property is horrible, do not stay. If you cant walk barefoot in a home or the patio around the pool, probably should consider a major clean up. This cause a huge issue to start our weekend and caused issues for our family wedding plans. I am asking again for VRBO and the host to make it right as this was a disgusting property disguised as a home. "

"Unfortunately, this property needs an entire makeover. The pictures online are NOT at all representative of the current condition of this house. Everything inside and outside is extremely outdated. The kitchen needs new cabinets and countertops, the sink faucet barely puts sufficient water out of it to clean a dish, the dishes were 6" plastic that appeared to be children's dishes from a beach house. There was NO glass ware, with the exception of a few coffee mugs...everything else was plastic.The house needs new floors throughout, in addition to a new paint job to make it worth the price point that we paid. The lighting throughout the house is very dark and needs upgraded fixtures.The house overall was not very clean and the cleaning company had to come back after the first couple of hours to re-clean the countertops in the kitchen. The exterior of the house needs a lot of attention as well. There are a number of windows with paint on them, torn screens and chipped paint or rotted window trim. The exterior sidewalks and entry ways are in need of repair and new paint. The upstairs master bedroom had a portable air conditioner that blocked one side of the bed and was extremely noisy. The upstairs bathroom is outdated and needs an upgrade. The downstairs /Basement shower and bathroom are outdated and not clean. This is basically a six bedroom house with one bathroom upstairs that is in need of an upgrade. The upstairs bedrooms are very dark and lack sufficient lighting."
