This beautifully crafted, newly built home is nestled in the heart of Nelson's desirable "Uphill" neighborhood. It offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just a 3-minute drive from downtown, where you'll find a variety of restaurants and shops. Within walking distance, explore scenic multi-use rec trails, Lions Park, and the Uphill Market corner store. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this home delivers stunning views, privacy, style, and practicality.
Blending simplicity, functionality, and comfort, the home provides guests with a cozy and welcoming 1,150 sq. ft. space for their stay.
The top floor features two comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep, while the main floor includes a small multi-use den with a desk and a full/double bed for additional sleeping space.
There are two bathrooms: one with a luxurious wet room-style shower and bathtub, complete with a washer/dryer, and a second convenient two-piece bathroom on the main level.
