"I have been back to the Norton grange hotel for a fifth time now and still enjoy going there. It never changes , as in it's staff are helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable the restaurant is very good with a great menu and tasty food. Lastly the amenities although I didn't get chance to use them are great .....there is a nice big pool a gym and sauna , steam etc they have it all. I will definitely be back again soon. 😊"

"Stayed here overnight with my husband as we were attended an event at Piece Hall in Halifax. Check-in and check-out were very straight forward and staff were friendly. Although we weren't aware of a charge for parking before we arrived, the process for paying was quick and easy and we had no problem finding a space. Our room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom was clean but a bit tired, would benefit from a refresh/update. Our sleep was a little disturbed by music playing until the early hours at what we're guessing was a private function within the hotel. Maybe the room would benefit from better sound proofing or for functions to finish a little earlier? The bed was very comfortable though. Breakfast was tasty but it felt like they weren't expecting the numbers of guests who came, with food running out and people waiting around for items to be replenished. They also seemed to struggle for table spaces even though there was a long table reserved but not never used. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was convenient for the event we were attending and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful."

"This is a tired hotel. Reception was fine, the walk to our room past chipped paintwork and on faded carpet led to our room which had rusty hinges in the bathroom, a rusty plughole in the sink, and an extractor fan that was not working. On the positive side, comfortable bed. We did not pay a fortune for the room and it was only a one night stay. Just needs a bit of TLC"

"The hotel room was very comfortable and is well designed. The hotel description says there is limited parking but the opposite is true and we were only charged 3 pounds per night. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great. The other amazing thing is that the rooms at the back overlook a giant pond which is teeming with wildlife and we saw a common kestrel hunting above the pond."
