"Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. We did book a room for 5 people and only had 4 towels. I asked for a 5th, but was told I had to bring 1 back after we used it to get a clean 1 for our 5th guest. Was told it was the manager’s rules. Pretty ridiculous considering we had booked a room for 5!"

"AC has glitch in the display couldn't tell if it was on heat or cool and no idea what temperature it was on as about half the lines worked. Coffee pot was missing the filter basket. Dresser drawer handle was hanging off on one side. It was awesome getting a free voucher for breakfast at the cafe next door but staff at the cafe were rude and very unhelpful for someone in a wheelchair. "

"The room is very dated. Windows needed a lot of updating because the noise from the busy road outside seemed like it was inside. Toilet seat was cracked and pinched your leg while using it. The tub was noisy when standing in it and the bathtubs water came out sideways, never thought someone could put a spout that way. "

"I thought I had found a place to always stay in Jacksonville. However, this trip has made me rethink that. It all started with the receptionist telling me she was including a blue card with my room key that would open the side doors. We came in late Friday night and had to park on the side, I thought, that's ok I can open this side door and not have to walk around to the front. The blue card didn't work. So we go up to the room to take a shower and turn in for the night. Then, no hot water. The next morning I get up and there is one coffee pod that was med roast, the others were all decaf. We spoke to one of the girls cleaning the rooms and she said she would put some coffee in the room. She did do that, she didn't change sheets or make the bed, just coffee, there was no kleenex either but that's all she agreed to I suppose. So I check my email Sunday morning and I got a message to check out online. That didn't work either. I go down to the front desk to check out and was presented with a bill after I already pre paid online. I rarely write bad reviews, but for the prices nowadays, I was very disappointed. I most likely will be looking elsewhere on our next trip to Jacksonville. "
