Ideally located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes, close to the Puys mountain range, the lakes, the Orcival basilica, the Puy de Dôme and Vulcania, this cottage is perfectly suited for stays with family or friends! Detached single-storey house (just one step at the entrance), it is composed of: -a large and bright living room-kitchen -a bedroom with two 90 beds (can be joined) -a bedroom with two 90 beds (can be joined) -a laundry room -a separate toilet -a bathroom -a second relaxation lounge with TV corner and office (extra beds on mattresses/benches 2 additional people accepted 50€/pers/week) -a master suite with a 140 bed and shower room with toilet -a travel cot (fitted sheet with mattress protector) + high chair Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful unenclosed space without vis-à-vis with garden furniture and barbecue. Board games for children/adults and outdoor games for children (plastic pétanque balls, rackets, etc.) Comfortable house in a magnificent setting
