- Welcome to “Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande”! Located in Néant-sur-Yvel, Brittany, the Gîte Cœur de Brocéliande offers a 31 m² house, perfect for 2 guests. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed; on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo machine. A mezzanine can be set up with a single bed or a baby cot upon request when booking. A private TV is available for your relaxation.
The house is ideally situated for exploring the sites and legends of Brocéliande and is close to a greenway, perfect for scenic walks. Shared parking for one vehicle is available in front of the house.
Bed linen is available on site for an extra charge. The property must be left in the condition you found it upon arrival. If you do not wish to clean before departure, a cleaning service is offered for an extra charge. We look forward to welcoming you!
