"My fiancé and I along with my family booked this condo for our wedding on the beach/vacation. I was absolutely excited as soon as I walked in this condo and saw the view with the wrap around windows and balcony. The weather didn’t cooperate as we’d hope but the view was still so energizing and relaxing! The 4 beach chairs with umbrellas that were included with the rental saved us from pulling the wagon with alll the chairs so no work involved and that was the best for the beach time that we did get in… effortless! The host was amazing with communicating…very quick to respond to any questions and that is often hard to find. We did not lack for anything while there and the two master bedrooms was definitely a plus with traveling with my mother and allowing her own space with bathroom. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and my fiancé and I truly enjoyed the main master with ocean view. When back in Navarre, we will definitely come back to this condo. Walking distance to restaurants. And most importantly, our wedding was amazing…. The Matherne’s"

"Absolutely loved the condo. The location was perfect. Zero complaints. Owner was very helpful. It was 3 adult couples and would definitely stay again. The only suggestion would be if it had more sheet pans or ovenware. Kitchen was stocked and bathrooms had everything you needed. Beautifully decorated. "

"My family goes to the beach every year and we decided to try Navarre this time. We usually stay on the beach but opted for this house on the Sound as we wanted a pool option and it was a ‘short walk’ to the beach. Things to note from our experience: - you will need to plan to drive a car to the beach access. It is not a bad walk but difficult with all the stuff you need to take. The house did have some chairs and wagons you could use. We used a wagon from the parking lot to the beach. - For us the trash (which is in the front of the house) smelled awful. It also looked like there was a pile of rotting fruit next to the house. Combined caused a huge fly problem. So much so that we bought fly traps bc they kept getting in the house. - the house itself was clean and there was plenty of rooms. The bed my husband and I stayed in on the main floor was the literal worst bed I’ve ever slept on. We ended up buying a mattress pad just to make it tolerable. The rest of the family seemed to be ok with their beds. - the main floor is very hot. Especially sleeping at night. There is evening sun and the AC controls are on the basement and top floors, something to keep in mind. - We rarely used the community pool. The water looked cloudy and not clean and it was small and the water was bath water warm. - there was a plumbing issue in the basement that the management team handled very quickly and efficiently. It was a city problem Overall it was not a bad house, just know these concerns"
