"We absolutely loved this room! It was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We will definitely be staying here again! We had my elderly in-laws with us so the parking spot was perfect for getting them in the car and to restaurants. Five stars for this room!"

"This was an amazing place to stay! Great location, clean and fully stocked with all essentials for our stay. Beautiful beach and the provided chairs and umbrella were a welcome relief for the sun! The owner went out of his way to accommodate us earlier in the day of our check-in to avoid traffic from the Blue Angels show. That was truly a big deal! We had a fabulous time and hope to do it again! I recommend this location highly! "

The only suggestion would be if it had more sheet pans or ovenware. Kitchen was stocked and bathrooms had everything you needed. Beautifully decorated. "

"My family goes to the beach every year and we decided to try Navarre this time. We usually stay on the beach but opted for this house on the Sound as we wanted a pool option and it was a ‘short walk’ to the beach. Things to note from our experience: - you will need to plan to drive a car to the beach access. It is not a bad walk but difficult with all the stuff you need to take. The house did have some chairs and wagons you could use. We used a wagon from the parking lot to the beach. - For us the trash (which is in the front of the house) smelled awful. It also looked like there was a pile of rotting fruit next to the house. Combined caused a huge fly problem. So much so that we bought fly traps bc they kept getting in the house. - the house itself was clean and there was plenty of rooms. The bed my husband and I stayed in on the main floor was the literal worst bed I’ve ever slept on. We ended up buying a mattress pad just to make it tolerable. The rest of the family seemed to be ok with their beds. - the main floor is very hot. Especially sleeping at night. There is evening sun and the AC controls are on the basement and top floors, something to keep in mind. - We rarely used the community pool. The water looked cloudy and not clean and it was small and the water was bath water warm. - there was a plumbing issue in the basement that the management team handled very quickly and efficiently. It was a city problem Overall it was not a bad house, just know these concerns"
