"I booked this motel a few months ago and the staff was great, my kitchen was stocked with essentials and the room was clean. When I returned for work again I booked the same type of room but I wasn’t put in a room with the kitchen essentials though that is what I paid for. The room was not very clean-there were crumbs on the floor and the shower floor was brown and dirty looking. Not to mention something very dirty on the wall in the bathroom where the light switch is. Unfortunately, I checked in after hours and work during lobby hours so I wasn’t able to take this up with the staff. I emailed various emails and sent a message through Expedia about my room change but I have yet to get a reply. The staff is the only reason to stay here. They are all very friendly. I was very disappointed this time."

"Parking was easy. Staff was excellent. I was charged a deposits which was SUPRISE charge. The room looked like the pictures. I would never choose to stay there again. The building is in poor shape. The carpets were dirty. I could not believe that it was a Wyndham Hotel. Pool was not open. I wouldn't have used it. The building is run down. The lighting was dim to hide the dirt and condition. "

"We had the absolute best weekend in this guesthouse. The home is charming and so thoughtfully prepared for guests. The bedroom was comfy, kitchen well stocked, etc. We were with our family who rented the main house. Loved having us all together and the extra space. This rental is just south of Jacksonville in a quiet neighborhood full of great antique stores & historic homes. Loved it and hope to come back in the future!! "
