"It is a beautiful property, Silvia and Antonio are great hosts and now friends, they were very kind and thoughtful, Antonio had a bottle of Chianti ready for us at arrival and Silvia made a great dessert for us the second day,unforgettable stay. "A stunningly beautiful property with amazing views. This was our 2nd visit in the last 8 years and the owner has made a few improvements such as adding A/C but without compromising the Tuscan charm. We love this villa!! A particular highlight was a local chef Daniela coming to prepare a delicious 4 course meal for us - including the best tiramisu we’ve ever had! "It was a one night stay yet quite memorable. We loved every bit of it, the extreme attention to detail and the warm welcome in this very beautiful bed and breakfast. The lady of the house, Biche, was not only refined and elegant but also kind and helpful. She guided us to find a perfect place for dinner. Needless to say that her house is the reflection of her and her management and a true pleasure to stay at."

"Great stay! This peaceful property draws you back in medieval time, both with the look and smell (we had to use to the smell though). The rooms are big and clean. A huuge TV in the living room, a pity that the room cannot be more spacious:) The kitchen/dining room could also have been bigger, with a bit more light, but that's how old Tuscan houses look like:) We found all necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of towels.The pool is super nice, with a relaxing area around. Thanks to Roberta and Giovanni (with Nina;)!"

"Gorgeous villa, photos do not do the location justice. Quiet and rural but with so many amazing amenities within a few minutes stroll. We enjoyed pizza, family restaurant, cafe, bakery, grocers and a market as well as a jewellers, pharmacy and stationary book shop. The local museum is incredible and handy location for a bus to Pisa. The host was friendly and kind and hugely helpful. Will return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the staff is very friendly and attentive, in particular the young lad at the reception (sadly forgot his name). The hotel is not in the quiet area but is easily accessible from the centre of Pisa. We would definitely come back to this place. Thank you. "
