"Hotel itself isn't bad at all. The lobby, pool and rooms are clean. The bathrooms and tv could use some upgrading. Checking in was a little weird due to the employee not respecting the fact that I had completed the online check-in which included a picture of I D and a picture of CC. Her response for asking for my credentials again was that she has to verify my info. If that's true why have online check-in? The employee next to her asked her, "what are you doing that for?" You should never judge a book by It's cover."
