"I contacted the hotel through Expedia multiple times, however I was not able to get the hotel to communicate back and consequently no shuttle service was available. I could have used the shuttle if they would have contacted me"

"Pueden mejor la limpieza, se veia como si la habitación no la hubieran usado desde hace tiempo. La chica nos cambió la habitación por una más pequeña de dos camas en la primer piso detrás de la recepción, allí se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba afuera. "

"The hotel doesn't accept pets. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was superb ! Jacuzzi was not properly maintained and disgusting. Location of the property is marvelous."

"The room was clean and the TV did have cable, albeit I did have problems with the remote controls, in the beginning, I was able to flip through most of the channels. The AC worked fine, and while the shower didn’t have any hot water, in the morning, when I was about to go to the shower, the warm water came on, albeit it only lasted for about 10 minutes. Only negative was the check in, due to the fact that the assistant didn’t bring an extra towel plus I had to get the remote controls downstrairs."
