Casa Carmel Bed and Breakfast
10/10 Excellent
"The property is centrally located. 5-10 minute walk to the historic center. The building itself is old, but well-kept, nicely decorated and has LOTS of character. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay super comfortable, such as providing extra coffee very early in the morning and helping me reserve transportation from the airport to the hotel. I worked remotely during my stay and was able to log in from the living room. It is not a luxury stay, but I would most certainly stay there again for the atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
"The property was very pretty and quaint. Initially had an issue which was very musty. I requested another room and was immediately moved to a perfect room. Front desk staff was very apologeticand escorted me to another room. Room encircle a very pretty patio filled with plants. "
"Arrived to check in and there wasn’t a reservation available. I paid thru vrbo and our host stated they did not work with them anymore. I was on a foreign country with the h no place to stay. Vrbo customer service was great. I got my refund. As of 4/30 the listing was still on site. "
