"Staff is friendly and accommodating.
My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid
inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast)
Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru!

"Property was clean and very near Majestic. Air-conditioning, Staff were all excellent and it seemed popular with young professional/ local travelers. But it is at the end of a narrow alley that allows only one automobile at a time. Many times Uber/cabs didn't want to come in through the alley to pick up/drop off."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at La Marvella. Chiranjit and Guru Murthy made our stay great and tended to all of our needs. Sanath at the front desk was very helpful as well. "Great hotel, excellent location, complimentary drinks at their lounge, great staff, just next to a nice mall, breakfast buffet was delicious, they even played live violin in the morning hours in the reception area, great artist, thank you I would stay again"

"The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake!
