"This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor."

Bij stroomuitval hebben ze het snel opgestart met hun generator. Echter was er schimmel in de kamer en is het is de deur niet goed, alles in de hal is duidelijk te horen."
