"Nice property. Clean quiet. Restaurant on site is closed. Breakfast buffet was open and good. Note if you want to use sauna or hot tub, charge is 20e per person for 80 min. Bathroom in our room was tiny, not for a larger person. I am 70 kg and I found it cramped. Overall good stay. Just plan to eat lunch and dinner offsite."
"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"Simone was amazing to help us find our way from the train station, greeting us, getting us settled in & making a great breakfast on the terrace! All staff incredibly friendly, cute room overlooking the water. Super close to the port if you are cruising! "

"7 Bells House is a cute hotel in a great location. Hotel room was spacious and quiet, bed is comfortable, A/C was strong. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing. The hotel is centrally located, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring Civitavecchia. We were able to check in earlier than most hotels, which was great because we arrived directly from a red-eye flight and were tired. Stefano and his staff were very helpful, including giving us restaurant recommendations and offering to call us a taxi to the port the day we were leaving. Good communication from staff prior to our arrival as well. We had a great stay and plan to be stay again the next time we are in Civitavecchia and will be recommending to friends.
