Great Utility Stay

This cozy spot is tucked away in a quiet pocket of an industrial neighborhood, perfect for a short stay. I was in town for a couple of nights for my dog’s surgery, so sightseeing wasn’t on my agenda. The location is conveniently within walking distance to local food spots and essentials. My favorite part was the charming outdoor table just outside the front door, adorned with warm icicle lighting. The nights were mild, and the lights created such a welcoming vibe. I’d definitely stay here again under similar circumstances

Property was nice and had the necessities. Bed was comfy, AC/heat unit worked well, parking was easy. It was a quick trip so didn't spend too much time in the unit.

Good value!

Good value and nice place with the necessities. The toilet does not flush very well and the shower could use some TLC but overall, this place is well decorated and met our needs. Couldn’t beat the price.

Cozy, Comfortable, Exactly What We Needed

The space was cozy, great for my fiance, dog, and me! It's easy to get to anywhere in San Diego and there's a strip about 4 minutes away with a few coffee shops and restaurants! The space was clean and they provided all the essentials.
