"Plus - spacious rooms, well appointed, lovely photos and furniture. Very comfortable. Minus - Basement! AC closed off, no access to yard, dark space and not as described on the site. Correspondence was slow and unsatisfactory. Overpriced. Also, the Ardvark process was circuitous and not transparent."

"Good price for the area very close to everything we wanted to do. Stayed multiple nights and found parking right near the entrance every night. Nightlife is a bit noisy but nothing crazy. The room was good bed was comfy I liked the individual sink inside the room. And the bathrooms were always available when we needed them since there was multiple."

"Thrilled with this stay. Perfect location across from Lake Union and great trails along the water as well as nice views of nearby Space Needle. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Parking garage was safe and secure and easy. Breakfast was so good with several choices~hot and cold items. Bistro has great food at reasonable prices~everything fresh. Really good guacamole. The rooms were roomy and clean with very comfy beds. Extremely happy with this choice and will remember for future stays."
