Quarto antigo. Ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto. Comida servida MUITO ruim. Destaques positivos são atendimento e serviço do bar. O resto não espere um padrão 5 estrelas que não é.

Staff was very attentive and polite. The property itself is beautiful. Right on the beach with amazing views. Everything is close enough for a Uber ride. Will definitely visit this place again and again...👍👍

Resort is close to everything and right on the beach. The pools are great and easy transition when the tide comes in. Beautiful views of sunrises.

Ocean Palace Beach Resort & Bungalows is situated in a beautiful location, with lovely views over Ponta Negra. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly

Everything was ok but at the hotel so few people speak in English! It’s a problem because also when you are at restaurant waiters don’t speak English. The facility are ok . The hotel has a good beach and good piscinas!

Good stop over spot - Hotel’s a bit aged so I wouldn’t stay there for long. The buggy tours are amazing so worth doing if you are there.

Great hotel on a windy beach with fantasticservice
Great hotel being battered by the constant wind. They work hard to keep it looking good. Staff great. Breakfast chaos and noisy.wifi patchy and slow in rooms.

Voltei ao Ocean Palace, pela experiência anterior, , final de pandemia , quando o hotel estava perfeito. Após alguns anos, sinais de má conservação, atendimento no check in extremamente demorado e pratos de restaurante do café da manhã mal lavados ( percebia que ainda estavam quentes das lavadoras, mas com resíduos de alimentos agarrados )

O hotel está precisando de reforma em algumas alas e espaço social. O buffet poderia ser um pouco mais variado, existem all inclusive na mesma faixa de preço com alimentação muito melhor. Os petiscos da piscina, muito fraco. Na parte de bebidas está excelente, tanto na qualidade como na diversificação, pessoal dos bares simpáticos. Fique no bangalô, quarto novo, reformado, porém com vedações mau feitas, noites com ventos fortes o ar transpassa essas frestas causando ruído, que pra quem tem sono leve incomoda mto.

Incrível!! Fomos muito recebidos por toda a equipe!! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos… todos trabalhando com muita vontade de agradar e facilitar a vida do hóspede!! O quarto é maravilhoso, confortável e grande!! A programação para crianças é muito legal… a noite teve banda na piscina todos os dias! Hotel excelente para viagem em grupo e com crianças!! Muita variedade de bebidas e lanches! Em relação a comida eh estilo bandejão e tem muitas opções! O hotel tem 3 restaurantes que funcionam a noite maravilhosos (um francês, um asiático e um italiano) e você pode reservar dependendo da quantidade de diárias! Estávamos em um grupo grande e todo mundo amou!!

Foi incrível!!! Tudo perfeito, para a nossa surpresa tivemos um up grade de quarto com vista para o mar e que vista. O lugar é lindo , comida e bebida, a vontade o tempo . Limpeza impecável! Funcionários extremamente prestativos em especial o Murilo que serve na piscina , o tempo todo sorrindo e preocupado em nos servir , um grande querido ! Comidas e bebidas excelentes!! Bela localização.
Comidas e bebidas incríveis, atendimento também impecável, ótimo para relaxar.. Porém tivemos alguns problemas com o ar condicionado e a cama do nosso quarto, além disso estavam fazendo uma obra em frente a ala que ficamos e isso incomodava muito e perturbava o descanso. No geral adoramos o resort, apesar de antigo estava em ótimas condições e nos proporcionou uma semana ótima.
