Great stay
Great hotel right on the beach in Ponta Negra, Natal. I really liked this place from the start to finish. Great large rooms, good bathrooms, great bed, nice kitchen area, good AC. Everything about it was very nice. The pool is great and the upper deck is wonderful. Access to the beach is just a few feet from the hotel. Very excellent stay for the money and value.

Great beachfront hotel in Natal!
We spent 3 nights here and loved it! We enjoyed having a separate living room and bedroom as well as the kitchen area. The balcony was great for relaxing and viewing the ocean. The stocked fridge was nice, as we had cold drinks available right away and could also add some things purchased elsewhere if we wanted. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and we enjoyed lunch at the on-site restaurant. Being able to check out a towel to use at the pools or beach was great, too! The staff was all friendly and willing to assist with whatever we needed.

We traveled to Brazil for a wedding. This hotel more than met our needs. The rooms were as described in the listing. The air conditioning only handled the bedroom so it was hot in the sitting area. We were there in the winter (June). The hotel's restaurant was very good. The included brakfast was very good and included wonderful fruit. The staff was friendly and efficient. Those who didn't speak English were very patient with our lack of Portuguese. The front desk attendant, Mr. Freitas spoke excellent English and made sure we had everything we needed, including an alternate transport to the airport when the one we had arranged did not arrive in time.

Estadia Muito Ruim
Infelizmente não foi legal a estadia! O hotel ta em condições precárias. O ar estava pigando agua na cama, o receptor da TV nao funcionava, a piscina nao tinha bar e pouco guarda-sol e o café da manhã deixou muitíssimo a desejar, com pouquíssimas opções. Ainda por cima me colocaram num quarto péssimo, visão da janela pra um monte de entulho e com barulho de obra pública ao lado, cobraram ainda R$ 140,00 pra fazer um upgrade de quarto.
