"A decent seaside venue with good facilities. Nice layout. However some maintenance and service deficiencies with AC unit leaking stagnant water that needed multiple calls for clean up. Maintenance crew only mopped the dirty water and left a air fresher for the guests to use. Had to call room service to have rest of the clean up completed. "We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. "
