"全て満足でしたが、一点朝のフロントデスクでスタッフさんが一人しかいなくて、その方がずっと電話対応していて、何分も待たされました。電話対応している間はもう一人フロントデスクで対応して欲しかったです。"

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The food was excellent. Chef Oohira is very skilled-the food was surprisingly delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Really high quality ingredients. Also, the rooms were clean as they had just opened a few months ago (Oct 2018). Further, their shuttle service was a bit inconvenient since they only offer 2 times per day to the station but other than that it was an overall great stay here!"

"Lovely old world victorian style guest house. Lovely wooden bath. Great location and very peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were firm, but comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to Nasushiobara Station, and the bus stops near the West Exit."

"This was a jumping off point for us as we visited Nikko National Forest. The property was clean and the staff very helpful. Would stay here again."

"Late checkout is expensive."

"Gorgeous place, great getaway for adults looking for something classy and quiet. Large, deep private bath in the room was great, food was stunning and open lounge bar is perfect for a nightcap by the fire."

"We had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor, and we didn’t realize there was no elevator. Carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs was quite difficult."

"Very good place for family vocations "

"遅くまで営業してる飲食店もあり良かった スタッフのお母さんがとても親切で良かった"
