The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was very nice. The balcony was very attractive but work was being done and left it dirty. The food options were quite good for vegetarians. The hotel is not the same as other Riu places. Didn’t have the same amenities. The hot tub or sauna was not working. ...

The Royal at Atlantis
10 of 10. I went when kids were out of school but if you don't like the extra noise I would recommond the adult only part of the resort but this is one of the best trips I have been on and I've been all over the world. Losts to do and it is beautiful and the vibe is wonderful.

The Coral at Atlantis
The shower water temperature was cool and the housekeepers weren't thorough especially with vice maker. Lastly the ice maker on our floor didn't work for days and the only jacuzzi in the area wasn't warm most days. Otherwise it was fantastic.
