"Beautiful property and waterpark. Food quality quite good but pricey. Staff were generally pleasant. Definitely a better option than an all-inclusive if you prefer quality over quantity. "

"Property was well maintained, clean and good location. Bathroom gets flooded tho when taking a shower. Had breakfast buffet at the market restaurant,coffee is 5 out of 10 for flavor, egg station was good but i dont think its worth $35 each person. We got our bill and 15% tip was not shown to us until we got the final bill after we added another 20% tip. Talked to the manager and nobody even apologized. Not sure thats how they do their gratuity?! But it was a relaxing stay!"

"Nice beach but can’t walk far in either direction. Expensive to get to downtown. Reef is better closer to town. Excursions limited from hotel. Must take a private bus to get to excursions. Adds to cost"

"television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return"
