"It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. The staff was fabulous, the pool area wonderful and so fun to watch the cruise ships come in and out. The beach is a bit small but it’s the only one downtown and is still great."

"The service was excellent, especially at reception, Nacara was very helpful. The hotel was good but could do with a refresh though as it’s quite worn: doors in the room are old and chipped, bathroom outdated etc. But a very good stay overall and staff are great."
