Check in process is terrible. Only one person checking people in with 10 people waiting to check in. Made it to the counter after 30 minutes waiting and they said my room wasn't ready. Check in time is 4 pm and it was after 4 pm! I waited an hour came back and room still not ready. They finally 'upgraded' ...
