About this property
Nashville rooftop hot tub house with disco room, sleeps 12, family getaway
Summary:
Plan your next family reunion or group trip around this Nashville rooftop retreat on VRBO, where a double-decker deck tops the house with an 8-person hot tub and skyline views. Going Up sleeps 12 across 4 en suite bedrooms, so every family or couple gets a private space to retreat to at night.
• Sleeping space: Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 10 beds, every bedroom with its own en suite
• Bathrooms: 4.5 baths total, with marble walk-in showers and rain shower heads in several
• Rooftop: Double-decker deck with an 8-person hot tub and Nashville skyline views
• Grilling: Built-in grill and outdoor dining table on the rooftop for family cookouts
• Living space: Open-concept living room with fireplace, smart TV, and a sectional big enough for the whole group
• Theme: Disco-ball theme room and Elvis-inspired kitchen art set up photo-op backdrops throughout the house
The Space:
Longer stays and bigger families need real separation at the end of the day, and this house gives it to them. Four bedrooms are spread across four separate floors, each with its own en suite bathroom, so grandparents, parents, and kids all get a door to close.
The main living level centers on an open-concept kitchen and living room, with the kitchen island looking straight into a fireplace-anchored living room built around a sectional and two armchairs. Nobody cooking dinner for the group gets cut off from the conversation, and there's plenty of seating for a multi-family crowd to settle in together after a day out.
Up top, the double-decker rooftop is the real draw on this VRBO listing: an 8-person hot tub, lounge seating, a built-in grill, and an outdoor dining table all share the skyline view. Inside, a disco-ball theme room, an Elvis-inspired kitchen wall decal, and a neon sign in the dining room turn the house into a set of photo-op backdrops for every generation along for the trip.
Spend the afternoon grilling on the rooftop as the skyline catches the sunset, soak in the hot tub once it's dark, then bring everyone back down to the fireplace before the house settles in for the night.

Run by the Misfit Homes team, who keep support just a message away. Going Up works well for multi-family reunions, milestone birthdays, and longer group trips where everyone needs their own space but still wants a rooftop to gather on at the end of the day. Nashville weekends disappear fast around football season and the holidays, so reserve your dates while they're open

Self check-in is quick and easy, so you can head straight up to the rooftop after a long drive with the family.

Property as described. Very clean and comfortable. Disappointed the elevator was not operable, but the property manager had alerted us to this prior to our arrival so we were prepared. All in all it was a great stay.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
While the space is beautifully decorated and very cool, there were several critical issues with the space that kept it from a luxury experience. The kitchen lacks in basic utensils and cooking tools. The grill area was not cleaned and was left dirty from previous use and without propane. There was an active wasps nest in the kitchen window, and they would join you on the balconies. There was bags and bags of trash left out front due to the previous guests. There is no sidewalk to the front door, so you have to walk through a muddy yard to get into the house. Several furniture broken including dining chairs, don’t move the furniture because it is not cleaned underneath. They leave instructions not to use white towels for makeup but don’t provide any alternatives.
We had a great trip. The place was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Our only complaint was the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient since it was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We had trip members who struggle getting up and down stairs. The location provided quick and easy access to downtown Nashville. We would stay there again when visiting Nashville with a group.
