THE SHORTEST WALK TO THE NISSAN STADIUM of any downtown residence, walk to the ball park or Preds Games or simply hit the strip on Broadway for some great country music.! We are surrounded by great restaurants & bars in the Historic and Art district. Several public parking options available next to the building. We do not offer private parking. This location is totally walkable to all events - no need to uber or drive! You will find this condo to be one of a kind located in the famous "one of a kind" city - Nashville!

We loved the house! It was so cozy, clean, and within walking distance to Broadway. The house had so much charm and plenty of space for three couples. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway in Nashville

We loved how close we were to everything. Great place and beautifully decorated. The living room is huge and so nice for our group of six to hang out and shoot pool. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The location was fantastic. Loft was well equipped, and communication from host excellent. Only issue for me was street noise. There’s a construction site next door that starts at 7am and goes all day. If that doesn’t bother you, definitely stay.

Beautiful Spacious Loft

Beautiful loft in an amazing location! we had 4 adults with plenty of space, comfy couches, lots of seating, comfy bed, large open kitchen, pool table was a plus. Check in was super easy and communication with host was very quick. Great place to come and relax for a little to get off Broadway. Would definitely stay her again.

Condo is beautiful. Great location and plenty of space for our group of 6. Super clean and bright! Little tricky getting in with construction on 2nd avenue but once we found it was very easy to navigate! Thank you for having us!

I don’t even know where to start for the review. We loved everything about this property! Great communication from the owner, perfect location for what we were wanting to do. Walked down to Broadway and was close to everything we did. Decor and finishes are top notch! Enjoyed the pool table and games. Will definitely try to stay here again when we go back.

Gorgeous loft-style living in downtown Nashville

We needed a winter weekend with our adult children between California and NYC so we picked Nashville. We were just looking for an interesting city with easy flights for us all where we could just hang out together. Anita’s place is beautifully decorated, super clean and offers lots of space to hang out together. The pool table, card games, enormous sofa and all the comfy blankets were perfect for an extraordinarily cold Nashville weekend. Anita was really responsive to messages and super accommodating when weather impacted our flights. Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Nashville!
