Unbelievable Property

We stayed at this property to celebrate our 60th birthdays and it could not have been more perfect! The property was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Gulch area and maybe another 15 minutes to all of the fun bars on Broadway!

Just book this place. I promise you wont be dissapointed.

Home was very clean and close to Music City. It also was a very quiet neighborhood. Rooftop was our favorite place. Very spacious and had everthing you would need. Lots of stairs but that was ok. Would definately stay here again and recommend to everyone. There was 6 of us and could have room for 6 more. Loved EVERTHING about it.

Great house, great location

Highly recommend. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in the Gulch and a quick Uber ride to Broadway. Great house, spacious and clean. Our group had a great time staying here.

Great place

Nice place, lots of room. Great location, if I come back I'll stay here again. Tried to get ahold of property owner via email a few days early to see if we could possibly drop our luggage off early. They didn't respond to me, so thank goodness we had some other friends staying at a hotel.

Perfect Location

The property was everything it said it would be. It is close to the Gulch, downtown and Vanderbilt. We rented the property because our daughter was graduating from graduate school in Vanderbilt. The property was clean, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend renting this property. The check in process was easy, and management was quick to respond when I requested an additional night.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time in the rental in Nashville. It was in a great location, had a great open floor plan where everyone can socialize together and was really nice overall. A couple of issues did arise. There were only 3 trash bags provided which was mildly inconvenient since we had to dump and reuse trash bags. Maybe a list of suggested items to bring could include that. Additionally, A renter for the other suite that was attached somehow wondered into our unit and told us that the rental company had double booked it. We advised him that we had paid for an would be using the unit until that Sunday, but him and his wife felt that the unit was double booked. I'm not sure how he got into our unit as the doors should lock 30 seconds after they close, but he went on his way and we didn't have any additional issues with him.

Nice place to stay

This house was nice - some furniture could stand to be replaced but it was adequate for our 4 day stay. There were 6 of us so we had to run the dishwasher a few times so we always had enough clean glasses and coffee cups Property manager is very responsive to issues or requests. There are a lot of stairs so be ready. Due to bad weather we didn’t get to use the rooftop at all - there isn’t any covering over itThe house wasn’t dirty but some areas could stand a little better cleaningLocation was great

Music City Bowl Bound

We had the time of our lives in Nashville for the bowl game. The house was perfect for 4 couples to spend a long weekend for the game. The house is very clean & located between the Gulch & Vanderbilt/Music Row. The nightlife & shopping in the Gulch is easily walkable. Broadway is a short Uber ride. Had a great stay.

Vanderbilt Homecoming weekend

We had a great trip, which was enhanced by the property’s proximity to Music Row, the Gulch and of course, Vanderbilt University. We will be back next year to enjoy the lovely home and its well described (and accurate) amenities.

Overall a nice stay, with a couple of caveats

Overall this was a nice stay, with things aligned with what is shared in the listing. cleanliness: Most things clean. Biggest issue were ants in a couple of the bathrooms (and not just a straggler). We did report it and maintenance did come by to help clear a bit up, but of course that's not something you want to be dealing with/thinking about during a vacation.
