The place was nice and clean with lots of thoughtful touches. The location worked out well for a quick trip without a car. An unfortunate issue arose with the complex (not the unit itself) but Jessica was very quick to respond and very generous with helping us remedy the situation. All in all, a fun little getaway in a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in downtown Nashville. It was just far enough from the action to avoid the downtown noise, but still close enough to walk right into it. We needed three beds and a washer/dryer, and this place delivered. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of amenities, and communication with the host was excellent—quick and helpful every time.

Great place!

We had 5 adults on our trip, this place was great for us. Plenty of room,,all the beds and pull out couch were roomy and comfortable.. the location was great as well, walked everywhere easily. The swing chair on the balcony was a terrific touch, we all enit!it!it!swalbroadway, lots to do in the area.

Tyler is a great host! They have thought everything to make your stay perfect. The location is great and easy to get to Broadway. They have all the amenities you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here or at any of JeTy vacation homes in the future.

Amazing!

We have stayed in several places before, but this was the first time we truly felt at home away from home. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and cozy. Additionally, the hosts were thoughtful in providing small toiletries, coffee, and snacks, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was amazing. Thank you!

Perfect location!

This place is so close, walking distance to broadway and just around the neighborhood. It was clean, smelled clean and they provided lots of convenient amenities like tooth brush but we took our own stuff but it was nice to know had we not we were taken care of. It exceeded our expectations

This property was far enough away from Broadway to be able to sit outside and enjoy some peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk to all the action. Warm and inviting! Owners have literally thought of everything! Can’t wait to go back 😊

Home Away from Home

We stayed here during a girls trip to Nashville. I have rented many properties over the years and the owners of the property have literally thought of everything! We wanted for nothing. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and they even provided a little bit of just about anything a person may have forgotten to pack. Definitely a recommendation!

Concert Getaway

My wife, daughter, and I came down for a concert at Ascend Amphitheater and stayed two nights at the condo. Everything was great and the location was perfect for walking to eat at Husk, to Ascend, and to Broadway as well. The property has parking and is gated for security. There were some very nice surprises in the condo as well with snacks and mimosa makings. Would recommend this location highly. Lovely all around!

This location is a super close walk to Broadway. That was a nice option with staying here. We stayed here with another couple. I will say, the biggest issue we had was the lack of privacy. There is really only one actual bedroom (that has a door). The other two beds are off the kitchen, which was somewhat strange when we arrived. The loft bedroom was cool but the stairs were difficult to bring stuff up and down on so we ended up leaving our suitcases in the living room. Plus, getting up in the middle of the night was made more difficult because of the stairs. The other issue that we had, which I don't feel is really brought to light in the description is the bathroom situation. The bathroom is attached to the main floor bedroom. There is only one way in to the bathroom which, was strange because we had a couple staying in that bedroom. Fortunately, we are comfortable with each other so even though it was super awkward, it was manageable. I think it is important to know the bathroom situation prior to booking. We thought the bathroom was accessible a different way from the pictures. The good--the location is unbeatable. The complex was quiet. The place was clean. Overall, I would stay again, with the understanding that it is best for a family or a small group. I cannot imagine staying here with more than 4 people--especially if you are not very comfortable with one another.

Short trip to Nashville

We stayed here for our long weekend trip to Nashville. The place has an excellent location, with excellent security and parking. The hosts go above and beyond with the way the place is stocked with personal items for guests and the champagne and orange juice was a nice touch. The only draw back to this place is that it is on the 3rd floor and is not handicap accessible. My sister, who is 67, fell on night one walking in Nashville. (nope not an ounce of alcohol in her) She unfortunately had to go to the ER and ended up on crutches. Getting up and down the steps was a challenge for her. So, just putting that out there in case anyone in your group does not do steps well. If everyone in your group can do 3 flights, this PLACE is PERFECT!

Clean place located about 0.8 miles from Broadway, 15 minute walk or cheap Uber ride.Been in the complex before, parking and location a plus.It is on the 3rd floor so if you have issues with steps may want to inquire about a botoom floor unit.

We had a fabulous time here. Easy check in, clean plenty of room. Beds was comfortable. I felt safe there. Ty was easy to talk to very friendly. They has a few snack extra stuff just in case we forgot things really nice. This is a great place only 10min walk to Ascend. This is a great choice.

Beautiful apartment in downtown!

Jessica was so responsive! The apartment was clean, easy to access, and a great location. I'd recently had surgery, so we opted to Uber to and from Broadway, and it was inexpensive to do so. The free parking was a huge savings. Everything was just as it was pictured! Would 100% stay there again!

Great stay for a girls weekend. The apartment was decorated nicely, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do (only 10-15 mins to Broadway). Lots of extra toiletries and supplies stored in closet, which was helpful, as we needed extra sunscreen. The white noise machine was a great touch as well, in order to drown out the traffic and city noises. We had some booking issues prior to our arrival, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helfpul. Ultimately, we would definitely stay again.
