We are located just 10 minutes from all the action of Broadway and only minutes from the iconic East Nashville restaurants and entertainment. With 3 levels of spacious living plus a private rooftop deck, this home is just what you've been searching for.

This spacious home boasts ample space spread out. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, spread throughout 3 levels. You'll find 2 living rooms for entertaining, a fully stocked kitchen, and a 2 car garage. Our favorite area is the rooftop deck. You and your crew will find a sectional sofa w additional seating, 2 bistro tables, a bar height dining table, and a gas grill. Enjoy a game of corn hole, try to hook the ring, or partake in a friendly game. And don't forget the view of the Nashville skyline!
