Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and shared access to the building’s rooftop pool and lounge area.



One parking space is available inside the garage. A key fob is required to enter the building and operate the elevator.



Only one key fob is available per reservation, and additional fobs cannot be provided. Please keep it secure and return it according to the checkout instructions.



The apartment is located on the 8th floor and is accessible by elevator. Detailed arrival, lockbox, parking, and access instructions will be shared before check-in.

The apartment is located along Charlotte Avenue, providing convenient access to many of Nashville’s most popular destinations.



Downtown Nashville, Broadway, Midtown, The Gulch, live music venues, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and entertainment are all within a convenient drive or rideshare trip.



The location allows guests to enjoy Music City’s energy while returning to a comfortable retreat away from the busiest tourist areas.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare service is recommended for exploring Nashville.



Guests receive one assigned parking space inside the building’s garage. The garage can accommodate vehicles up to approximately a truck or SUV size.



Street parking may also be available nearby, but availability is not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for following all posted parking signs and restrictions and for any tickets received.

Only one building key fob is available per reservation

Additional or replacement fobs cannot be provided during the stay
