The property is the perfect spot to just get away just outside the city. It’s so beautiful and Jeff is a perfect host. The spot is amazing. We fully intend on coming back one day.

Sweet cabin home

More than a cabin. Just like staying at a house with a charming cabin ambiance. Very nice private cabin with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed it better than staying at a hotel. Nice location for visiting with family and friends.

The owner has so much history in his cabin of country music. You can see the love of music and the land itself in his cabin and property. I enjoyed staying at the cabin. We enjoyed watching the deer eat every morning eating. We had a campfire and cooked outside a few nights. It's a great get away. Thank you for a great vacation area. Thank you Jeff!!

Cozy Nashville Getaway

We enjoyed staying here while exploring Nashville. Very convenient and quiet. Lovely comfortable log home full of antiques and character. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay

This is an amazing cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's secluded and so comfortable. My only suggestion is to provide a wifi password, and guidance for things like where to put their trash when guests leave, and what to do with towels and sheets

Wonderful Getaway

The pictures on site don’t do the cabin and grounds justice. The grounds are private and surrounded by nature beauty making it feel so peaceful. The cabin is cozy and inviting. It was like walking into a museum with all the memorabilia and decorations. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet retreat

Cabin was a relaxing place to be after the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville! Easy in/out access to the city. Very private and welcoming. Loved staying here. Saw some turkeys, deer and an armadillo!

Nice Getaway

The property is very rustic and peaceful. There is plenty of memorabilia to enjoy in the cabin. It is 15 - 20 minutes away from everything you would like to do in Nashville and the surrounding areas. My wife and I enjoyed the firepit and peaceful backyard area. Sitting in hammocks and enjoying the quietness was great. The hosts were accommodating and very easy to contact.

Cabin in the Woods

Beautiful cabin with rural surroundings. It had everything we needed. Nice front porch with places to relax and eat. Back deck also. It's decorated with tons of country memorabilia.

Fantastic Secluded Cabin

This place is so great. It is super secluded on a hill, but isn't in the middle of nowhere at all. Jeff and Joanne were super accommodating and friendly. They were great about communicating when I had questions. This is one of the better places I've ever rented and I will definitely rent it next time I'm up in Nashville. Looks awesome online and is even better in person. We had a great time there.

Tennessee getaway

Wonderfully kept cabin that is close to all of Nashville. Secluded and a security gate keeps the location secure. Jeff was quick to communicate and the listing was accurate. Great place for couples and 180 degrees from the resort living or Gatlinburg packages that put you within a hundred feet of the next neighbor. Located on a beautiful hill but access is easy in any vehicle. Certainly a top tier getaway!

Out of the way Get-a-way

My wife and I enjoyed the peacefulness, the deer, turkeys and other country critters. You are far enough away from the city to get away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there when you want to be there. (15-30 minutes) Jeff, the host, was great. Thank You Jeff for allowing us to stay at your cottage. We really enjoyed it.

My Review

Very close to Broadway and all of our interests. The western decor is the reason we chose this cabin and it did not disappoint. Cabin was very clean, with 2 exceptions. All dishes had to be washed and the decor is very dusty. The problem with having all the items that made this cabin what we wanted, is keeping everything dusted. Think keeping your decorative items clean at your house. There is quite a bit of taxidermy which desperately needed cleaning. Just my personal preference, but I did not find a stuffed baby deer appealing. I would stay at this cabin again.

Western TV on steroids

My husband is a Grit TV watcher and the cabin is everything country western. The preserved mounted dear head at the foot of the bed was a little concerning so he put a towel over its eyes. Lol. Im scary so it was spooky at night and we arrived late that night. But when we woke up to the view, it was beautiful. Great getaway spot for couples and it has 2 bedrooms.
