Music Row is one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Nashville. It's where all of your favorite celebrity musicians record the songs we know and love today! Some of the greatest stars in country music are recording, writing and taking meetings on this street daily. Within minutes you can walk to places like Well Coffeehouse, Hattie B's, Losers/Winners, the Baked Bear, Tin Roof, Virgin Hotel, iconic rooftop bars, and so much more.
There is unassigned parking in the secure garage connected to the condo building, that is first-come, first-serve. Additional free street parking available. A car is not needed though as this area is walkable. Ubers/Lyfts are also readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. The pool is open seasonally. It is up to our HOA as to when the pool opens and closes each year. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.
Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.
Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

We had an excellent stay at the condo. It was modern, exactly as the pictures appeared, and communication was easy. Very walkable area that is quiet and pleasant. Enjoyed it and would recommend!
We were celebrating a special birthday and this condo was the PERFECT home base for our trip. Comfortable and well stocked, easy Lyft ride to everywhere we went, parking and a gym, even 2 great coffee places withing easy walking distance! Highly recommend!!

Very clean and well maintained, low key quiet building, a few restaurants walking distance and coffee shops, very safe location, I wish there was a grocery store walking distance, the pool was very small but nice rooftop and enjoyed the stay, would recommend.
The communication with the owner as well as the overall property itself was nice and pleasant. We didn’t use the pool because it was much smaller in person than it looked online. The reason for the “OK” rating was because we ended up wasting money on one night because the noise level of our unit from surrounding neighbor(s) was too much to take after the third day so we ended up packing up early and leaving. It was very disappointing and, if I was the owner of a property and that happened to my tenant, I would have credited them back the night that they were forced to leave because of discomfort my complex, even if I wasn’t the exact person to blame. That’s just how I operate myself as a business owner. We would stay in the music row area again next time, but would pick a different choice of place to stay.
