Two brand new homes!

The Space:
BRAND NEW LISTING! Two beautiful homes are located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group! The bed options range from cozy kings and queens to sofa sleepers and daybeds with trundles. To top it off, these homes have a hot tub on the roof top and game room to make your stay even more enjoyable!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Great Location, fun trip!

We had a great stay at Chris's place. It was in a great location, close to everything! Overall, the house was decent, could use a deep clean at some point, but wasn't bad. Our baseball team enjoyed the hot tubs and pool table and multiple tv's for their gaming devices. Needs more pots and pans! Otherwise, it was a great stay! Thanks Chris!

Great place!

Everything was great except the rooms with the two bunk beds isn’t a true bedroom. It only has a curtain that separates it from the main living area.
