I would highly recommend the Record Room. Cool vibe- great location! Loved the brick walls and makeup area. Beds were super comfortable too. Steps from bars and restaurants. Would rent again for sure.

As a family we have been to Nashvulle three times. It was my dad's wish to stay close to downtown. We loved the place and location. It was so fun to people watch out those big windows! We were all in one location. It was comfortable and we had plenty of space.

This property was truly amazing and fit the needs of 3 couples and 4 young adults. Very spacious and for one person in a wheelchair, extremely easy to maneuver around with no problems. Would recommend this unit for anyone that needs a handicapped accessible place. Within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shops. Close to the action on Broadway.

Awesome for big parties! Location was perfect just two blocks from Broadway. The "get ready bar" was perfect for a big group to get ready. All the amenities were wonderful, especially the record player with some great music. Would highly recommend staying here!

Property was clean, close to all that Nashville has to offer. Decorations and accessaries were perfect. Loved the coffee bar and record player. Beds were comfy and extra mirrors in hallway made 8 girls getting ready for Broadway so easy!

Great spot in Nashville!

We stayed here with two families - 4 children, including 2 teens. PLENTY of space for everyone. Location is outstanding; can walk to everything but it's enough off of broadway to be removed from the crowds. This is ideal for any trip to Nashville. Plan your parking before arrival to find the best lots for overnight pricing.

INCREDIBLE!!! Our stay was so memorable and the accommodations were impeccable. The location was close to EVERYTHING and the scooters that were available made it easy to travel around the city. We were grandparents, parents and 4 boys ranging from 4 to 15. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and like the atmosphere of all the music. We liked the condo and the kids liked the record player and learning more about it. Thanks for a fun stay. The condo was perfect for us.

Location, location, location. Next to printers alley, restaurants and lower Broadway. Check in was seamless. The place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Keurig coffee maker and some coffee provided. Would come back to the record room!

LOVE THIS CONDO!!!

This is my second visit to this incredibly wonderful condo while visiting Nashville, and I’ll be back again! We stayed in The Record Room this time; last year we stayed in The Honky Tonk in the same building. It is in a PERFECT location! So close to Broadway and all of that fun! The host is extremely nice! The home had everything to get you started for a convenient stay! The beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, bath & kitchen were super nice, AND the ice maker never ran out of ice!! When you are searching for the perfect place for your group to have a blast in Nashville, THIS IS THE PLACE! Hands Down!!

Great time in Nashville

The property was everything we hoped it would be. The location was fantastic. All of Nashville's downtown activities were easily accessible by walking including Nissan Stadium. The unit was large enough for the 7 of us with space for more if needed. It was clean and the check in process was easier than checking into a hotel. I did not have to reach out to the property owner for any issues but they were in touch often to make sure everything was going well. When we return to Nashville, I would definately stay at the Record Room again. Thanks for your contribution in making our trip to Nashville an excellent one!

Got Girls? Book it.

My husband & I took our daughters & a couple of their friends to Nashville for a 21st birthday bash! This place was perfect in every way! The second we walked through the door, I knew we chose the right place! The decor was so cool & let me tell you, with 6 girls, the ‘glam’ set up in the hallway was beyond amazing! Between the restroom space & the glam set up, each of them had more than enough room to get ready! The bedroom with the bunk beds was a bit tight but it worked out ok for sleeping purposes. Cleanliness was superb! The location was prime, just a few blocks walking distance from Broadway & steps away from Printers Alley. I’d definite stay here again!
