This fully remodeled 1930's bungalow is less than 10 mins from the heart of Broadway and downtown Nashville! Abby Gordon designs from floor to ceiling. This is the perfect place for a memorable visit to Nashville.

This house has been a total labor of love for the last 9 months as we've worked over every inch of the space to restore it to glory! Most of the house is brand new, while leaving original features wherever possible, like the pocket doors and fireplaces as well as the bead board ceiling in the back room.

Abby Gordon, known for her simple and elegant style, was commissioned to do all of the interiors and what a job she did! We are confident you will want to extend your visit as soon as you spend a night in this beautiful space.

A great place to find peace in the midst of a busy visit

The house was clean and well maintained inside. It felt good to stay there and allowed us to regroup to go out for more fun in Nashville.

We loved our stay at this cute little place! We were so close to everything and the neighborhood was so cute and quiet! We did have issues with the AC and the owner was amazing at responding and helpful with the issues!

Cute and convenient stay in Nashville

Property is cute clean and easily accessible. In a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Traveling w a family the single bathroom w vintage tub and curtains wasn’t ideal but for a couple or single travel would work well! If traveling along would stay here again!

Wonderful PropertyNear Downtown Nashville

This home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. It has been restored while keeping all the best details of a historic home, most likely pre-1940 The kitchen has been updated with all stainless steel appliances and a sink. Plenty of towels and bath items. Great heating and cooling system. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to rent a home with a great location. The owner, Neal was great and made sure we were happy with our rental.

Comfortable stay

We are a family of five with little kids stayed in the house for a week. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house is very cute and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located within 10 min drive to the airport and the center of the city.

Relaxing stay

I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was. My family and I loved this beautiful little bungalow and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location was good with a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride to many attractions. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We will never forget the memories we made here. I absolutely recommend and would love to go back someday.

Green Day concert

We stayed in this property for my teen daughter’s first concert. This house is super accessible to downtown and everything in between. I wouldn’t walk far from the property but we were able to drive/park downtown with ease. Neal was extremely helpful and a great host.

Amazing place!

Lovely home! The decor was so cute! Super close to downtown nashville. The only thing I would recommend is to get some blackout curtains for the bedrooms, especially the front room. The sun was so bright. Everything else was perfect! Thank you!!!!

We arrived early and asked to check in an hour before check in. The host was very responsive and allowed us early check in. Had contact with the host a couple of times during our stay for a very minor issue and he always immediately responded. Positive experience.

Wonderful respite!

My husband and I stayed at this charming property with our two young sons. We were looking for a place in Nashville accessible to all the activities, yet far enough away that our kids could get normal rest. Nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away, and everyone slept comfortably on the great mattresses in the home. We enjoyed having the yard, the porch swing and even enjoyed a fire in the firepit one evening. This little house is charming and has all the amenities you need. The owner was responsive to a question we had during our stay as well.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Saw two strung out people when we took a walk in the area. One asked us for money. Not having a car was an issue as there were no stores or restaurants within walking distance. The house was adequate but could have been cleaner, esp bathroom.

Adorable House

Overall, our stay at the peachtree house was great. We booked this house for a bachelorette weekend. The house was clean and we loved the decor. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions. Location was great. Short Uber ride to downtown. The house had everything we needed: coffee maker, towels, etc. The only thing I would say is I wouldn't exactly call this is a 3 bedroom house. The 3rd bedroom is more of a sitting area with a futon. We originally had 2 more ladies coming on this trip and I'm kinda glad less people came. I think saying that it sleeps 8 is a stretch. I think it was comfortable with the 5 of us, but any more than that would have been pushing it and someone would have had to sleep on the couch. Would definitely come back to this house !

Nashville stay

We enjoyed our stay here with a few exceptions. The house really needs blinds/curtains in the bedrooms and kitchen. The tub is hard to get in/out of and should probably be converted into a walk-in shower.
