Perfect stay for a bachlorette trip!

Absolutely amazing experience, management was extremely accommodating and helpful. Location is incredible and amenities are top tier. Beautiful house and rooftop has a great view! Only thing we wish we knew was how narrow the staircases are and how many flights of stairs— it didn’t take away from the experience but if you’re bringing a big suitcase recommend staying on one of the lower floors.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Great roof deck and lots of space for a group. The decor inside was really fun. Easy walk to The Gulch! Very close to Belmont and Vanderbilt too.

Beautiful house and great location! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Would definitely recommend, the house was exactly as advertised and couldn’t have been happier with the entire trip. We had the best time in Nashville!

Great views

The pictures in the listing don’t do the view justice, as the view in person was even more stunning.Our family enjoyed each night on the rooftop area looking at the beautiful city skyline view. We had 11 people and this property accommodated us perfectly. The drive to downtown was only 2 minutes which made getting to events and restaurants a breeze. Our family will definitely be booking another stay at this property, very impressed!!!!!!!!

October 2019 Stay

We had a great Nash Bash Girls week!! The house was great, there were 10 of us and all had beds that were very comfortable. The rooftop was a great space and the weather was hot but evenings spent up there were amazing. We were able to walk to the Gulch and also walked to downtown Broadway!! Thank you for a great trip

Nashville Getaway

While the house was clean, the towel holder was broken, water temperature was scalding hot or cold, the refrigerator was leaking water. Basic amenities were not available in the house to allow for groups to cook and enjoy. The management company was responsive and sent someone to fix the issues the same day.

Fun Girls’ Trip

A group of 6 of us enjoyed our stay at Nashview! There was plenty of room for everyone and the home worked out well. Pros: large rooms, high ceilings, plenty of dishes/supplies, Rooftop patio, plenty of towels, easy check in and out, good communication Cons: dealt with a lot of ants, living room furniture could use some updating, a lot of stairs to navigate. (One member of our group ended up on crutches just before the trip so stairs were difficult) It is a growing area just outside the gulch so there is quite is bit of construction currently going on. We drove into main downtown most days, the gulch area is walkable from the home. Overall, we had a great time at Nashview!

Fantastic Spot for Nashville Girls' Weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looking for a home-away-from-home for a big group? Nashview is it! Fantastic location in Edgehill neighborhood- walking distance to some great restaurants & shops, and just a quick walk or Lyft ride to Broadway & all the music you want to hear. The rooftop deck was the perfect hangout spot for our group of nine women, celebrating a milestone birthday. Spotless, spacious, well-equipped and close to everything. Fun decor and the bunk room gave us beds for everybody! Added bonus- fantastic staff at the office gave us great advice on where to go and what to do.

This was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had with a “home stay”. There was dust on the stairs, hairs in the shower and tub, black mold in the dishwasher (which I only noticed after washing baby bottles in there) and washing machine. The communication with the property manager was great, super responsive, but the home itself was awful. The baby crib mattress was also super old and basically a piece of wood with a piece of fabric over it, had to find a blanket and wrap that under the crib sheet we brought - which thank god w did because they didn’t provide one, and you guessed it, the “mattress” was filthy.

A group of 6 stayed in this beautiful property, 4 of which had never been to Nashville. The property was clean and located only a mile or so from the action of Nashville. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Property & Convenient location

Great property for our stay. We had a wedding in the Vanderbilt area of Nashville. This location was excellent for that. At the same time, it was a quick walk/scooter ride into the Gulch and not far from the downtown Broadway area. We loved the rooftop deck!

Girls Weekend

We found the property to be well-suited for girls weekend. The property itself was clean and roomy. Given the number of cars we had, we did have to park cars on the street in front of the property. We awoke to most all cars on the street having been burglarized, windows shattered and personal belongings taken. After speaking with our Uber drivers and locals, this apparently happens quite frequently. Had we been warned, we would have parked our cars in other locations. I suggest future renters be cautious of street parking and find a garage to park your car. The street just isnt a safe option, in my opinion. If you only have two cars, the garage associated with the property is perfect. The property manager was quick to help us when we brought this to their attention, and attempt to find additional parking options. Just would have been nice to have that ahead of visit. Overall, for a larger group, it was a nice stay and lovely visit to music city.
