College girlfriends reunited!!! This place was great! The location was nice and easy to get to places. It was very comfortable and the rooftop was awesome!
We really enjoyed our stay, the location was close enough to walk to the city and the apartment was very nice with the best part being the rooftop view.
Great property for our stay. We had a wedding in the Vanderbilt area of Nashville. This location was excellent for that. At the same time, it was a quick walk/scooter ride into the Gulch and not far from the downtown Broadway area. We loved the rooftop deck!
Nashview was a great place to call home while spending 4 days exploring the music 🎶 city. Accommodations were spot on as advertised. Convenient to all we wanted to do. Rooftop was great for early morning sunrises and early evening sunsets.
Beautiful house and great location! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Would definitely recommend, the house was exactly as advertised and couldn’t have been happier with the entire trip. We had the best time in Nashville!
A group of 6 stayed in this beautiful property, 4 of which had never been to Nashville. The property was clean and located only a mile or so from the action of Nashville. We’ll be back!
This place was perfect for the group of couples that we stayed with. Lots of stairs, so be ready to climb but the view from the rooftop patio is worth it. We loved the couch and gas fireplace on the patio and were up there every night. The rooms were perfect and beds were comfortable, even the twins in the bunk room. Location was perfect and we walked to restaurants easily but also a cheap Uber ride.
Everything was perfect for a friend’s trip….birthday celebration!!! The house was so comfortable, everything you need and decorated so Nashville chill!!! The management company was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect…close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommend!!! We would most definitely stay here again!!!
7 middle aged guys stayed here for the weekend. Great house for the stay. It’s not super luxurious, but it’s very well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. A great location with easy access to 12th South, Vandy area, and downtown, and there’s a coffee shop a couple blocks away. Cornhole on the rooftop patio was fun at happy hour. Come prepared with your own bath soap and shampoo. Great house for what we needed and I’d stay here again.
A group of 6 of us enjoyed our stay at Nashview! There was plenty of room for everyone and the home worked out well.
Pros: large rooms, high ceilings, plenty of dishes/supplies, Rooftop patio, plenty of towels, easy check in and out, good communication
Cons: dealt with a lot of ants, living room furniture could use some updating, a lot of stairs to navigate. (One member of our group ended up on crutches just before the trip so stairs were difficult)
It is a growing area just outside the gulch so there is quite is bit of construction currently going on. We drove into main downtown most days, the gulch area is walkable from the home.
Overall, we had a great time at Nashview!
I brought my wife and 4 boys between the ages of 15 - 20. We spent most of our time downtown and at other attractions during our visit. We did watch the fireworks from the rooftop and the view was gorgeous. In terms of the property, it was fine but it did seem worn down. Furniture and some of the walls inside seemed sort of beat up and the outdoor furniture was as well. It wasn't anything major that prevented us from enjoying our stay, but it was noticeable enough to where my wife and I sort of questioned the price. But again for our needs, it met those. My family had fun, and that's what counts.
We found the property to be well-suited for girls weekend. The property itself was clean and roomy. Given the number of cars we had, we did have to park cars on the street in front of the property. We awoke to most all cars on the street having been burglarized, windows shattered and personal belongings taken. After speaking with our Uber drivers and locals, this apparently happens quite frequently. Had we been warned, we would have parked our cars in other locations. I suggest future renters be cautious of street parking and find a garage to park your car. The street just isnt a safe option, in my opinion. If you only have two cars, the garage associated with the property is perfect. The property manager was quick to help us when we brought this to their attention, and attempt to find additional parking options. Just would have been nice to have that ahead of visit. Overall, for a larger group, it was a nice stay and lovely visit to music city.

Liked: Communication, location
A lot of potential and a good location.
We liked the look and Nashville decor along with the location of the house. The property management company was easy to call and get ahold of someone when we reached out during our stay. We did have a few disappointments after we arrived and for what we paid, we would have expected a little more TLC of the property. It lacked storage and hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There needs to be over the door hooks in bathrooms to hang towels. Needs more shelving & hooks for storage.
There were quite a few lightbulbs out and a broken light fixture.
We had to empty the dishwasher when we arrived and there were dirty dishes (lipstick stained) in the cupboards.
The front door lock did not work so we had to walk around to the back and go through the garage door, which wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had to walk up the block to get around to the back.
The outdoor fireplace igniter did not work. There was no button and the cushions were dirty.

Reviewer Comments:
We stayed her with 9 people and it was plenty of room for us. We stayed over New Years and it was pretty cold, so we didn't get to use the rooftop as much as we would have liked. Also, we would have walked to the Gulch area more had the weather been nicer.I spoke with the people over the phone a few times and they were very nice and accommodating. Our plane landed a little earlier than check in time but they let us check in. Our flights got moved back also and they gave us a late check out for free! The only thing I would say is be prepared to buy bring salt and pepper, ice and some other essentials you might need. There is only the fridge ice maker and if you're trying to make drinks, it doesn't go far. There were a couple of ice trays, but they were empty. The pantry was a little bare than most houses we've rented as far as the kitchen spices , etc but they did have a lot of Keurig coffee pods! All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast and the rental was beautiful. Best roof top ever! The place is worn and needs some freshening up (paint, missing towel bars, light bulbs burnt out...) But when I told them the a/c was not working on one floor, they responded immediately. Great rental for Nashville! ( Not great for older, bad knees...lots of stairs in the rental unit!😊)

Our family of 7 traveled to Nashville to see our daughter graduate. There was plenty of room for everyone. The rooftop view was really special - bring a lighter. The stairs were long and steep. Not a problem for us, but might be for older folks. Overall, excellent stay.
