Host was extremely helpful and responsive, even got an AC guy to come out on a Sunday:) Super convenient to downtown and 12 South, a fun street with shops and great food. Ubers were readily available and quick.

Great Stay!

The property was exactly as advertised! We had plenty of space for the 7 of us, and enjoyed being able to gather in multiple places but also have privacy when wanted or needed. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable, and the entire condo had everything needed for a great stay!

Wonderful Layout for a Group Gathering, Great Location

Four of us came to Nashville to attend the inaugural "Nash Yarn Fest" event at the Fairgrounds, and spend time together knitting. We loved the layout of the home - with gathering areas on both the lower and upper levels, and a wonderful rooftop deck. The bedrooms are nicely situated, with ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed "cooking in" (the gas stove/oven is wonderful!); and it was the perfect location for easy access to the Fairgrounds.

Family trip

The house is great! Very spacious and comfortable beds. We were concerned about the safety of the location but it was fine. The house is furthur away from Broadway than we thought. Overall great stay!

The property is awesome for groups of friends and family. The rooms are large with extra pull out beds if needed. The upstairs living room and deck are such an awesome hangout place. Would 100% stay here again! Very quick ride to broadway too!

Couples Getaway

Had a lovey stay in Nashville at this rental. Plenty of space and amenities including a roof top patio, flat screen TVs with plenty of space to spread out among the three floors. Broadway a short Uber ride and airport within 30 min drive with some traffic. Mary was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful and accommodating. Hope to go back.

Family Celebration in Nashville

We had a family get together in Nashville and this house was perfect for what we needed. My favorite part was the upstairs deck. They had nice outdoor furniture and we hung out and enjoyed the sunny day! We had 8 women in the house, so we really appreciated the 3 1/2 baths. All the beds were very comfortable and everyone had their own space. I also really appreciated that the owner called me and gave me her phone number in case we had any issues. Perfect weekend!!

60th Birthday bash weekend

This house is NOT in the Gulch. False adv.This house is in Edgehill, it’s between 12 S & the Gulch.I picked this house thinking we were in the Gulch. The pros and cons Pros-quick Uber ride to 12 S & to the Gulch and Broadway $10-$13 The house is very nice. Lots of space. Pretty clean, but needs a better cleaning serv. The area was quiet and we felt safe. The surrounding area is low income housing/projects FYI. Nothing in walking distance to get coffee or food. I reached out to the property manager she responded immediately. Her mannerism wasn’t the best and condescending. The shower curtain was disgusting with mold not the liner, the lights in the kitchen were covered in dust. We cleaned it all ourselves. The garbage was in the garage and was filled to the top from the prev renters.The smell was coming in the house.The prop manager should have done a walk thru before. Or show up to the house when told.She was very busy. Big PRO checking in early and checking out late def NOT returning

We had a great weekend with family. Everyone came from a different state and loved our time hanging out at the property. Great shared spaces and individual rooms.
