A short uber or drive to downtown and yet this property has the convenience of parking for multiple vehicles. It’s right across the street from a great coffee shop. The place was clean and spacious.
This house was just like the photos. It was clean, well stocked with supplies, and had a very easy check in/out process. My friends and I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it!
I loved the property, we love the cleanliness of the rooms, I love the decor, we felt safe. The staff was very professional, nice, pleasant, communication was instant, and they were always available. Too many stairs inside and out, stairs were too step for our age group (62-65). Also if a TV was in all the bedrooms would have been great. Overall I would rate this stay a 5 Star Experience.
Great for a big group plenty of space to spread out
We were in town for a 50th birthday and had seven day in this townhouse. Property was close to Uber to Broadway. Was very clean And had everything we needed. Would 100% book there again!
Great place to stay. Some lights were out and a little bit of cleaning needed in a few places but overall a great place to stay. Would highly recommend.
Four of us (35 years) stayed for a long girls’ weekend - originally had considered a hotel, but after realizing we could have more space, privacy, and freedom for LESS COST we quickly changed to this VRBO. It was perfect for us - we had room to spread out while also feeling at home. The VRBO is just a short 5 minute Uber ride to anything you want to see - Broadway, tourist spots, etc. so very centrally located and easy to get to.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering a VRBO experience. This place was wonderful!
It was a good stay . The property was clean and had all amenities. About a $9 Uber ride to downtown . Lots of stairs on property like shown in listing . Would definitely stay here again .
Enjoyed our stay, had no issues other than the Wi-Fi not allowing more than 3 people to be connected at a time. Very spacious and clean house, had a great trip!
This property was just perfect!! It was clean and had the perfect amount of space. The host was responsive and easy to work with. It was absolutely perfect for the bachelorette party. Can't say enough good things!
Good location, place was clean and enough space. Master bathroom upstairs was very nice!Top part of the bunk beds were wobbly, only little kids can sleep at the top. Few lights in the kitchen/living area were out. Second bathroom upstairs retained a lot of moisture after taking a shower. Exhaust fan probably not working good. Two different units in this building with one trash bin near the curb, which was full when we arrived. So, we contacted the property manager and left trash bags in the garage. Property is on an uphill, so parking is challenging, as well as climbing the stairs, especially when it is raining.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this VRBO in Nashville! From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d made the right choice. The location couldn’t be better – right in the vibrant downtown area, just a short walk to Broadway’s live music scene, honky-tonks, and amazing restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy and fun without needing a car for most things. The property itself was spotless; everything from the floors to the kitchen counters sparkled with cleanliness, which really put us at ease after a long travel day. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundance of fluffy towels – there were more than enough for our group of four, and they felt fresh and high-quality. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plush mattresses and soft linens that made for the best night’s sleep we’ve had on vacation in years. We woke up refreshed and ready to hit the town each morning!Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was responsive and helpful, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Music City. We’ll definitely be back!
The pros: This place is absolutely gorgeous. Really nice finishes throughout. Clearly new and quality. Mostly well appointed - we appreciated all the extra towels and blankets. The kitchen was amazing - part of the reason we booked. Great appliance, especially the gas range. Comfortable mattresses in the master and adult guest room. The cons: The upstairs hall bathroom was a little dirty on arrival, probably from sitting unoccupied for a while (dirty ring around toilet bowl, pink mold on shower curtain edges). It was a nice touch to set out two bottles of wine with glasses, but the corkscrew was broken off, so we ruined the first bottle trying to open it. We left you a new corkscrew. Also, a couple of the pots should be tossed due to scratched/compromised Teflon coating.
The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own bedroom. Bathroom on the main level and another one on the second level. Driveway is steep and there are a lot of stairs to get into the house (main level), then more stairs to get to the second level where 3 of the bedrooms are. Even with all of the stairs the house worked for us. The house is further than we saw when we booked it. We had to Uber everywhere - and that was still about a 15-minute drive. Walking in the neighborhood would not be recommended.
Overall really good experience. Lots of stairs and steep to go up to the entry. Lower steps need railing at the bottom. Not a place seniors should stay. Property was very clean and beds were super comfortable. AC worked great. Only a couple of things needed to be improved on. WIFI would only allow about 4 to be on at one time. Gas oven would not light, ice machine and water in fridge were not connected. Iron needs to be checked and cleaned periodically. When we went to iron a shirt for our daughters rehearsal dinner, rusty water came out of the iron and stained my husbands shirt, luckily he had a backup. These were not make or break things and I would stay there again.
Inside the unit was comfortable. A little worried about full grown adults using the bunk beds. Downstairs BR and bath was convenient. All other BR and baths upstairs. This is not a unit for those who cannot climb stairs well. There are are a lot of stairs. Pitch of the driveway is very steep and the entrance to the driveway is narrow. Our neighbors had large pick up trucks and blocked our access to easily park. Be careful parking and backing out, the curb is hard to see in your mirrors with the angle of the driveway. Right now this is not a neighborhood to walk. Hopefully as the redevelopment continues, so will the pedestrian experience. Very convenient to everything in and around town. Within a mile or two of large grocery chains and drug stores. Owner provided nice amenities like coffee, creamer, dish soap, garbage bags and even a nice bottle of wine. Good experience.
We had a great 3 night stay here. The house was very clean, bright, modern, new appliances, new furniture, nice bathrooms, pretty murals on the walls, fresh linens and towels. Short trip to downtown. This is like a townhouse in a neighborhood area with other new townhouses and some still under construction. But it’s right in the middle of an area of town that seems a little sketchy. That being said, we had absolutely nothing concerning nor any issues in that regard. A few other minor things: the trash can was at the curb and overflowing when we arrived and it stayed that way the entirety of our visit. There are a lot of stairs from the ground up to the main level of the house and then again to the second floor, so if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues that is something important to know. It was not a problem for us. The back porch was dirty with some old cans and cobwebs and wasps nests, no furniture. We didn’t need to use it however. Our entry code did not work upon arrival but after contacting the manager it was a very quick, easy and friendly fix. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Comfortable stay for four adults and five teens.
This was absolutely beautiful! This was our first trip to Nashville, and traveling with a family, we knew we wanted to VRBO. The pictures don’t do it justice. So spacious and clean! The owner was so easy to communicate with and very prompt to answer. We were so happy with our choice to stay here and would book again!
