We had a great stay. The beds are nice and the bathrooms are good sized. We cooked dinner and found the necessities. As a simple suggetsion, we would have greatly appreciated some basic spices- garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and cinnimon.
Overall it was a very nice stay and I highly recommend this place.
This was a great place to stay. It was about a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to Nashville and cost around $10. We liked it because it was in a quiet area to unwind. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved we each had our own bathrooms. We highly recommend this VRBO!
We loved staying here! It was cute and fun! The location was perfect not too much off the path and easy access to the highway! Please have host contact me for a safety concern
Dislocation was a great place to stay just outside of downtown Nashville. For the most part, it’s fairly quiet and accessible to Belmont University, and all the highlights of East Nashville. The host was very communicative and responsive. No issues with this place. For a small family reunion. It’s a great place to stay!
The property was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the listing photos. It was a great location and a short Uber ride to all of the nightlife Nashville has to offer. It was a perfect long weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends.
I’m big on setting accurate expectations when I write a review. This property was better than we expected. It is clean, comfortable, well stocked with high quality items, an excellent location you feel safe, close to the Nashville scene but not too close, $15-22 Uber ride in an XL with 6 people, and some walkable food options! It really couldn’t have been better! I want to go back!
Clean, spacious , one of the nicest VRBO or AB&B we've ever stayed in. The area looked like it was being gentrified, so for those who are opposed to areas like this, might not be your cup of tea. But it was great location for the SECT and other stuff we had planned. We had lots of trouble logging onto out Hulu accounts to watch ESPN SEC basketball but finally used our Hulu apps.
This property was laid out so well- 2 large bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) and laundry on upper level, main level kitchen, living area and powder room and entry level with another bedroom (with its own bathroom)! Included garage space fits two cars and gives peace of mind. Never even used the main door!
If you are going to an event at Geodis park or the speedway- you can walk from the rental! Or if you’re going to Broadway or other Nashville hot spots - it’s a very short drive.
We came into town for our daughter’s sports event. Having 3 pre teens, we always prefer to try and find more space and convenience than a hotel room could provide. We truly felt like we were winning at the “traveling with kids” games all weekend. What a perfect spot. Everything we needed or wanted to do was within 15 minutes, yet didn’t feel as if we were in the hustle and bustle of the city. I knew the house was close to the expo center, but couldn’t have been more thrilled I could see it from the living room/walk there in 2 minutes. We didn’t need to pay for event parking and were able to come and go from our event as we pleased. Even with another event going on at the park behind the house, it was never to loud or inconvenient to us at all. The house was beautiful and clean and everything we needed to easily allow us to make a competition weekend also a mini vacation. My son spent most of this time in the garage playing games (bonus points for decent WiFi) and the girls loved the makeup room. It was by far the most successful VRBO we have visited yet. I plan to try and book again when we come back next year as soon as I get the dates,, so I can keep this treasure of a home to ourselves. .
We enjoyed our stay at Country Thunder. A few days with my sister and brother and their spouses. Exactly as was in property preview. Very clean. Nashville is a fun place. Will be back!
This VRBO was perfect for our trip back home. The property is beautifully maintained with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax and have their own space. The location is ideal—situated with easy access to the Woodbine area and just a short drive or quick ride to Broadway and downtown Nashville. It made exploring the city effortless. There are tons of great restaurants and entertainment options nearby, and delivery from Uber Eats and DoorDash was super fast and convenient. We especially enjoyed the game room, which added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The host was fantastic—communicative, responsive, and made everything simple from check-in to checkout. We had zero issues with the house during our stay. This property is a great example of price meeting excellence. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nashville!
The place was very close to downtown and grand ole opry. The only issues were the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable and if there is a soccer game at Geodis Park you cannot get back to place until the event is over and traffic clears. Otherwise the place was great!!!
Property was just as listed. Master is upstairs, that may be something to consider. Nice property an
All of our party didn’t get to come as my youngest daughter got sick with Covid and Flu😩 it was too late to cancel so my oldest daughter and her boyfriend came on to Nashville and enjoyed the weekend!
The property was very clean and everything seemed new. We were in Nashville to attend a USWNT game and this location was a dream. We could hear some road noise in the morning but it was not enough for us to need to provided noise machines. Their is 2 long flights of stairs for 3 stories so people with elderly or young toddlers may be weary but it was perfect for us. It was so nice to have our own garage.

Poor management company
Paid extra to check in early and could bit access door code. Called property management company only to get voicemail. When they called back I was told I was doing it wrong and even asked if I was at the wrong property. Finally after being so aggravated I told them to just electronically unlock the door which she finally did. Why couldn’t rhey just do that in the first place. Entered the propert only to find it reeked of marijuana. Went up the the bedroom and one bathroom had a dirty diaper filled !! Left in the trash bin. Went to the kitchen and your shoes actually stuck to the sticky floor Called the company again and was told the last guests in there were 5 days ago and they were fined for smoking in the condo. They sent cleaning ladies to do the floors and empty the trash cans. You could never talk to someone local. Always in some other state although on check out day I was told there was a local property manager. Again, why couldn’t I just be put in touch with them in the beginning. They did not know how to deal with customers personally. Everything was electronic or by text or email. No personal customer care abilities at all. Still waiting for a manager to call me back. BUT they don’t work “all days” and the office hours are based on AZ times not TN where we were staying. I have no doubt the owner of this property has no idea how poorly it is being managed.
