  • Stay where you'd want to live! Our home is minutes to Downtown but safely tucked away on a quiet street in one of the most affluent and sought after areas in Nashville. Truly- THE BEVERLY HILLS OF THE SOUTH! We have lived here for over twenty years and love it.

    Enjoy loads of space for entertaining or relaxing, both inside and out with 2800 sq ft of space all on one-level home with half acre lot with a soothing babbling creek running through the property while also being minutes to all that Nashville has to offer!

    A perfect girls getaway or vacay with the family kind of home! (Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 8 years old)

    Whether in town for a sporting event, music festival, wedding, business or pleasure- the location of our home and spacious environment is a great fit! More inviting and cozy than hotel travel, create memorable experiences in our Green Hills home! We offer free high speed wifi and high-def T.V. with the sports package.

    Open spaces include a living room, open plan kitchen with an eat-in and formal dining area as well as 2-seat kitchen bar and sun room complete with pool table. You will have ample room to have your own space while also being together.

    There is ample parking in the driveway as well as fully secured parking for several cars.

    Located in the Green Hills/Belle Meade areas of Nashville you will be close to all major conveniences. Five grocery stores are within minutes including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Publix and Kroger. You are minutes from Green Hills Mall and many other shopping areas, bars and restaurants. Minutes to 12South, Melrose, Sylvan Park, Gulch and Downtown. A very safe and friendly neighborhood that is close to everything!

Great Nashville House

Home Away from Home

Located in a quaint neighborhood that was within a mile of where our son lives. Was a great neighborhood to take a walk in. Also located close the Green Hills mall and all the great shopping and dining around there! The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. It truly felt like home away from home, and we will definitely be back!

Nashville fashion trip

This was a good fit for our family. We could spread out and we really enjoyed the pool table. It was very clean, and close to where we needed to be. Would love to have had some kitchen essentials as we all like to cook. We've grown accustomed to that at other rentals. The host was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Would stay again.

Great location and great accommodations

The location is a 10-15 drive into downtown Nashville. The neighborhood is nice but it’s also quiet. We were a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Meghan, our host, was very responsive and helpful. It was very hot during our stay, 90 degrees and humid, but the house stayed nice and cool. The only recommendation I have is to provide a cookie sheet or baking dish. We like to cook and that is the only thing we lacked. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. It’s a safe neighborhood and quiet. The home is beautiful! The beds were so so comfortable. Downtown was about 15 mins away- Uber seemed to be cheaper than lyft. The pool table was fun to have!! The host is very responsive. The check in process was easy as well as the check out. It’s nice we didn’t have to worry about anything at check out, just taking trash out, didn’t have to strip beds like with usual rentals. Definitely recommend!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip, and the property was very accommodating, in a great location, clean, lots of space, beautiful house. Just a couple things I would mention is we understood there was a hot tub, but it ended up being a jetted bathtub so we were a little disappointed about that, but not a dealbreaker. And if you want to cook, you need to bring your own, spices, cooking oil, etc., but again not a dealbreaker. All in all, it was wonderful place to be, and thank you Meagan for being so good about communicating in a timely manner. We would stay there again for sure.

Great neighborhood

The place was just as advertised. Very quiet neighborhood. Wonderful Stay for my husband and I. Very quiet neighborhood, which was what we were looking for. the only problem was choice we were 99% sure we lock the back door but when we got back the back door was unlocked. So maybe we were wrong and we forgot to lock it but we were pretty sure we did so we were not happy if people were in there when we were there. Otherwise it was a beautiful property beautiful home great amenities.

Very comfortable The home was: roomy, well lit, comfortable decor, cozy beds, and pool table fun for a rainy day. ( so much to see annd do in Nashville ).
