- Sunny Blue Unit Two on the second floor is IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN Murfreesboro, an urban oasis walking distance from the historic square. The gardens and outdoor spaces make this a cozy spot. There are a big communal front porch and cozy bistro tables in the urban garden.
The quaint, light-filled, 1920’s house has heart pine floors in all of the rooms. UNIT 2 on the second floor is a two-bedroom, 1 bath suite. There is a complete micro kitchen fully equipped, and a small eating area. Of the two private bedrooms, one has a desk/study area. The other has a four-poster heart pine bed. The tiled bathroom has been newly remodeled, complete with a meditation alcove. The sunny hall includes a futon available for extra guests. The home is simply furnished with all of the amenities you need in a clean spacious, light-filled environment. The first floor houses an Art Gallery with a grand piano and is not available for overnight stays.
